How to purchase a puppy! (Feel free to share)
As a breeder of many years, I have never seen so many buyers with attitudes or time wasters as I have the past few months.
When contacting a breeder, DO NOT open a conversation about there pup with “how much? You are potentially buying a living animal that they have spent ALOT of time, money & love producing so this is just insulting!
And before you all say “you need to know so why not!? How about you tell the breeder your name and introduce yourself, tell them a bit about yourself first and what you’re looking for etc. Your not buying a second hand push bike from market place!
Next, and just as important, DO NOT window shop just for something to do! Every time waster takes precious time away from the breeders family and pups. If you haven’t checked with your partner, mother, father or landlord first, don’t message yet!
If you haven’t got the money, don’t message yet! If the “timing isn’t right” don’t message yet!
Also don’t go on wait lists with no intentions of getting said pup, all these things are common sense, respect & Curtesy. Also know, Bulldogs are very expensive and time consuming to breed. There are ALOT of various EXPENSIVE costs involved in putting a litter on the ground. Don’t expect to pay the price of a pound puppy for a pup that’s taken thousands of dollars and hours and hours to raise.
Expect to pay for the breeders hard work if purchasing a pup on mains reg and NOT pet prices!
We all paid our dues for our programmes to produce healthy, quality dogs. PLEASE respect us as breeders & our efforts put into our bulldog babies! Much love 🫶🏼
