Hi I’m Diablo, affectionately known as “Dabs” , i’ve been at Heartland now close to a year and am a well loved part of the herd. And if I do say so myself all the mares want to share the paddock with me. Whenever I walk into the arena, all eyes are on me, I am a real head turner. I am suited to an intermediate rider who has competition experience. Sometimes it takes a while for riders to understand how to communicate with me and to find a common language which is why I’m so glad our leasing program includes a weekly lesson with Heartland trainers. I’ve competed a few times with Heartland trainer Caitlin, taking home scores of 65%+ in Novice level dressage comps. I’m pretty clever too, I’ve got all the lateral work and Caitlin is always working on developing these, now even half steps! I’m looking for someone who will be kind, soft and patient with me because I try very hard and am very willing to please, for more information and to enquire today ⬇️

We wrapped up another @horseaid_australia residential today proudly held at our facility with our wonderful off the track thoroughbreds 🐴
Participants are housed at our accomodation site in Berrima and are fed and catered by the wonderful Heartland Owner Debbie and her best friend, Lainey. Horses were prepped by Oli and Caitlin and participants were coached and mentored through the week by Scott and Isaac, it truly takes a village!

Dream (DayBreak Dreamliner), affectionately known as “Dreamypops,” is a 7-year-old, 16.3hh Thoroughbred with a personality to die for. He is a kind and gentle horse with impeccable ground manners. Dream is a very solid type and is working nicely on the flat, training at novice/elementary level dressage. He has competed in 110cm show jumping classes and is schooling over 120cm at home.
For the right rider, Dream has the potential to be a serious eventing horse. He has a bold and calm temperament, adapting well to different environments. He has worked for over a year as a therapy horse, showing incredible patience with clients struggling with mental health issues. He has always been sound during the 18 months he has been with us.
