Vet bill fundraising!

As the year draws to a close we need to finish paying off our vet accounts, and Zoe - our last piggy to go into vet care this year (fingers crossed!) - will need her bills covered early next week.

Staying home in Sydney this holiday season? We're looking for holiday foster carers!

All equipment is supplied and holiday carers are just in charge of feeding and cuddling a pair of piggies while some of our permanent foster carers take a well-earned break.

DIY cage C&C grids sale!

C&C grids make fantastic cages and playpens in all different sizes and shapes, and are easy to set up and pack down with plastic connectors.

Just add a base (corflute,vinyl,tarp,etc) and you've got an awesome cage ready to go!

We've got a huge number of grids to clear out of our shed in white and black, and a small number of pink.

After an AMAZING response to our post earlier this evening about Godzilla and Godzuki they've already found a home, let's see if we can do the same for Billy and Bailey!

Billy and Bailey were rescued after being dumped in an industrial area, these babies are only around 6-8 months old and are quite shy, but warming up quickly to love and affection - especially when there's veggies involved!

These boys' adoption fee also includes a donated cage and equipment kit with everything needed to give them an awesome forever home.

Godzilla and Godzuki were adopted from us recently but unfortunately due to an illness in the family the boys are coming back into care and need a new forever home to spoil them.

These boys are happy, chatty and active, currently living in a home with kids and thriving on pats and attention. They're approximately a year old and full of zoomies.

Godzilla and Godzuki's adoption is $70 will include their cage and equipment and all their fun liners, toys and accessories - a fantastic set up for new owners where everything is included!

🧡🧡 Pumpkin and Latte are looking for a new home! 🧡🧡

Pumpkin and Latte are a beautiful mother-daughter pair that were adopted from us last year. Unfortunately their family is moving overseas and unable to take them, so they're on the hunt for a new forever home.

The girls are sweet and cuddly with kids and adults, and full of personality and charm. Pumpkin and Latte's adoption will include their gorgeous cage and accessories, so their new home is fully set up to spoil them.

Adopt Bumblebee!

Little boy Bumblebee was found abandoned in a park, rescued by a kind person, and brought to our shelter. After meeting a couple of other single piggies here who both did not like him, he's looking for a new home and friend!

Bumblebee is estimated to be about 4-7 months old and still has lots of growing to do. He's quite shy which is to be expected after being stranded alone in the big scary outdoors, but is warming up really well to pats and love.

Bumblebee is a great fit for a few different situations:

- A male piggy currently needing a bonded friend to share a cage with

- A male piggy who doesn't want to share a cage, but is looking for a "neighbour" to live in an adjacent cage

- A pair of males looking for a "neighbour" to live in an adjacent cage

- A spayed female looking for a new bonded friend to share a cage with

While we wait for his permanent home, we are also looking for a foster carer with other male guinea pigs where Bumblebee can be in a separate adjacent cage (all provided free of charge) but still able to see and talk to other piggies.

Porthos is looking for a girlfriend!

Porthos is a little boy guinea pig rescued from an overcrowded backyard breeder by the RSPCA, and transferred into our care.

Porthos had a very rough start to life. He's got quite a few battle scars and split ears from the bigger boys picking on him, so he's been desexed to live happily with girls instead.

If you've got a girl or group of girls Porthos would love to live with you! He's loving learning to be spoilt in foster care and is a sweet piggy with lots of love to give.

Foster piggy Shark urgently needs x-ray and treatment for bladder stones. Her bills are already at $800 and we've still got to get her through an additional surgery and the associated costs. To help fund Shark's care we're having a sale on the following:

100cmx50cm cages for sale for $20 each. (Suitable for a single piggy or temporary/travel use only) These cages make great "kitchens" or litter areas in bigger enclosures - 6 available

We have been overwhelmed with surrender requests the past few weeks, there's now 27 guinea pigs on our waitlist with another 10 just from today.

We are looking for adopters for our lovely foster piggies already in care, and new foster carers for the piggies waiting to come in.
