None of us ever plan to have an accident or become unwell, so the need for someone to quickly step in and look after a pet can take us by surprise.

We've had Pet Owner customers who have been a victim of domestic violence, with a newly acquired, permanent brain injury, trying to navigate a new norm of trying to walk again rehabilitation and surgery.

We've had Pet Owners seeking mental health treatment in institutions without much notice & no local family network.

We've had Non-verbal Pet Owners without much life left to live and low motor skills who need support and assistance.

"Liz was absolutely amazing. Leaving our babies for 1 month definitely gave us some anxiety and stress. However thanks to Liz who treated our furry babies like her own, helped mitigate our stress. She played with them every day, sent pictures to ease our stress and treated them with the upmost care. Thanks to Liz our babies developed better habits than how we left them. An Additional 𝟮 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀 have been adopted in Australia during the pandemic. Now 69% of households own a Pet. The laws that come into effect this week mean bylaws that unreasonably forbid the keeping of pets in strata buildings will be invalid... in just NSW. This amendment just now needs to be applied Australia-wide to match the BOOM in Pet Ownership so that Pet Owners can happily continue living with their Pets.
