It is with great sadness we announce that our long-time colleague and friend Sue Hutchison has passed away overnight. 🙏

She has served the industry with great integrity and distinction for over 40 years, including closely with Racing NSW.

Sue retired from the Australian Turf Club in 2020 in her capacity as Racing Services Manager but continued to work as Clerk of Scales until 2023.

Sue was instrumental in the success of the ATC racing department and has been a valuable member of the team, maintaining many friendships amongst staff and industry over the years.

Sue’s contribution to the industry will be recognized over the coming weeks as we remember a dedicated and hardworking colleague.

She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person who wants to work within a good working environment and improve their knowledge and experience with some lovely quality horses of all ages and stages of their careers.

Duties include but not limited to;
🧹cleaning boxes/yards
🧹saddling and hosing horses
🧹general day to day handling of horses including young horses

The ideal person we are looking for would be able to;
🐎 above award wages
🐎work well with our fun and experienced staff
🐎be reliable
🐎follow instructions
🐎ideally have horse experience but experience within the racing industry would be a bonus!

🚨🚨MUST BE ABLE WORK EVERY SECOND WEEKEND.
