Kip Marrickville will be closed from Monday 23 December to Friday 3 January.

We will be open and back to usual hours Monday 6 January.

If you are in need of daycare during this time, head over to .nsw which will only be closed from 5pm 24 December to Wednesday 1 January.

✨Meet the Team - Animal Attendants ✨

Jorja has always known she wanted to spend her life with animals and is currently studying to be a vet nurse! She has worked with animals for 3 years now, starting in the horse industry but quickly finding her love for dogs and cats working at a shelter and fostering neonatal kittens. She has a handsome border collie named Jango and a rescue cat named Tubbs, whom she fostered since he was just a week old. She spends her days outside of daycare going for runs with her dog, playing video games and reading books ☀️

✨ Meet the Team - Animal Attendants ✨

Christina (first slide) has always loved dogs and grew up with a family dog when she was a child. From there, Christina has gone on to care for and help re-home over twenty foster dogs since 2015. She is currently completing a certificate III in dog behaviour and training. Christina loves expanding her knowledge in dog behaviour and training. She loves that she gets to work with dogs on a daily basis at Kip 🐶

Rachael (second slide) started at Kip in March this year and works across all our Sydney locations (Alexandria, Marrickville and Newtown). She is qualified as a zookeeper and before joining Kip was in the zoo keeping industry for 9 years working with a variety of native and exotic animals. Rachael has had dogs as pets since she was born so has been surrounded by their love her whole life, which makes working at Kip a dream! At home she shares her free time between walks with her American staffy cross Max and hanging out with her cat Pepper 🫶🏼
