Taking EOI for a Horse Management Course possibly Thursday evenings next term.. Following the Equestrian Australia Introductory Horse management/Equiskills Syllabus.. the course is adapted to suit those who are looking to lease or purchase a horse, and will be responsible for the horse without constant guidance of an instructor.. topics include:
🐎Stable Management
🐎Correct care and fit of Tack
🐎First Aid for horses
🐎Diseases and Ailments
🐎Care of horse (grooming/hoof care etc
🐎Transporting your horse
🐎Lunging
🐎Opportunity to ask all your questions!
🐎Children over 10 welcome to join their parents, also great for Teens and adults.
🐎Opportunity for competent participants to attain their EA Introductory Coach certification.

Saturday lessons got moved to Sunday this weekend with all the rain.. Issy and Annabel had heaps of fun in Saddle Club with Minty and Moon.. and Clara’s balance was challenged with a ba****ck session on Mousey! Great work girls!

We are looking for a full-time coach/barn manager @ busy equestrian centre in Terrey Hills one Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The successful applicant will have at least an Introductory coach qualification, and be confident teaching beginners to intermediate level adults. They will also be happy to carry out general stable duties, exercise horses (lunge and ride), and managed junior staff in absence of Managers.
We have a great group of clients and lovely horses. Enjoy the luxury of teaching undercover in our amazing indoor arena. Above award pay and excellent working conditions. Due to some of our lovely clients going on to get their own horses, we have some part leases now available. Leases are a minimum 2 days/wk with one being a lesson. horses available for PC/shows etc. All are great on trails/jumping/dressage. We have a lovely group of riders and first class facilities. some horses already have half lease on them.
Gambolling - 16.1hh gelding- competent teen/adult rider
Betty - 15.3hh clydie x,- suit intermediate rider.
Theo- 16hh gelding, suit capable teen/adult rider

A wonderful training day Riding Club today for our first outing of the year.. We had a team of 9 horses from BEC, with 6 combinations having their first ever outing! To say we were proud is an understatement with all the girls doing an incredible job. Saskia & Jezzy, Bea and Gambolling, Ava and Theo, Anna and Calvin, Qiana with Truly and Mousey and Tilly with Serenado and Chumly.. great job guys! So amazing to be out with such a great crew.. and we had a heap of extra supporters too with Livy and Willow coming to cheer them on 😊 Big thanks to Dale Wagstaff for all ur help with transporting, coaching & support! We are certainly going to have a fun year!
