Happy Birthday to us 🥳 AllDog turns 2 today, which means we are 14 in dog years. As with any teenager, we've changed as we grew older. But we are still, wholeheartedly, AllDog 🐶 providing the best quality care for all Pawrmont puppers and will continue to do so. Thank you to all the Pawrents for your unwavering and continued to support 🥰.

Did you know? You can drop doggo off to us early prior to your groom appointment, or pick them up a little later afterwards? Your pup can hang out in one of our comfy little pens, like Bella here, as complimentary 30 minutes either side of their appointment. If you need more time, that's ok too! We charge $5 per additional 30 minutes. Have a chat with us the next time you visit, give us a call or email us to find out more!

PSA: DEMATTING & DESHEDDING. What to do about your dog's tangled hairdo? Here's some furiendly tips on the importance of dematting and deshedding, especially for winter.
1: Shedding season means it's time to brush out the loose fur so don't leave it too long as it can create mats and pelting
2: Brush thoroughly - brushing well is important so invest in the right brush that reaches all the layers not just the top coat
3: Brush regularly - curly, double-coated and long-coated breeds are more prone to mats so brush them more often as prevention
4: Take frequent breaks - if you're brushing out a mat at home, do it in short intervals and give plenty of breaks and treats so pup feels more comfortable
5: Book in a groom with us! We'll get it all sorted in no time.

PSA: Wet weather safety ☔. When the clouds roll in, be sure to keep pup healthy and dry in wet conditions. Here's a few tips on what to do in wet weather with the pooch 🌧️:
1. Dry off doggo once indoors so they don't remain wet, especially those double coaters! 2. Invest in a lightweight raincoat - pick one with adjustable straps for maximum flex and comfiness
3. Keep flea and worm treatment up to date as fleas thrive in wet weather
4. Sturdy waterproof dog boots are great for paw protection, leaving them warm and dry.

Today marks the start of our new tidy service! Book your doggo in for a groom ✂️ and opt for a tidy - which includes a full wash & dry (with ear clean, nail clip, and a**l gland expression) plus clean up fur around eyes, mouth, paw pads and hygiene areas 🛁

FAQ: Early drop off or late pick up for grooming service 🧼
Now that we no longer offer daycare for pups, we've had a few people ask whether they can drop their doggo off to us early prior to their grooming appointment, or pick them up a little later afterwards.
We are able to welcome your dog 30 minutes either side of their appointment as complimentary, but beyond that, we charge $5 per 30 minutes.
For example, if your pup is booked for a two-hour groom 1pm-3pm, we can hold your dog 12.30pm-3.30pm without additional charge. If you arrive to pick up at 5pm, an additional $15 will be charged on top of the grooming fee.
Our new opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm.

Appreciation post ❤️ A big, warm AllDog thank you to Hannah, Kaitlyn and Chelsea from the daycare side of the biz, who have been the life and soul of the doggy daycare party here for so long now. With the closure of our daycare service at the end of this month, unfortunately we are saying goodbye to these wonderful humans, who have been instrumental in providing excellent care, plenty of cuddles and walkies to all your pups. We can't thank them enough for being such a significant part of our AllDog journey. Big, big love to each of you.

So now you can choose between the following for your pup:
🧼 Wash & dry - including full wash & dry, ear clean, nail clip, and a**l gland expression
✂️ Tidy - all wash & dry services + clean up fur around eyes, mouth, paw pads and hygiene areas
🛁 Groom - all wash & dry services + full groom to the style of your choice
Plus there will be optional extras like adding a teeth clean or special oatmeal shampoo and conditioner.
