Who said a salad has to be boring. Miso glazed tofu with pickled cabbage. Also contains lots of Pea Tendrils, Geen tatsoi and Coriander. Health overload!! ❤️🌱

Trio of Radish (China Rose, Green and Purple Radish).

I really am falling in love with these Radish varieties. From the bold purple stems and leafs of the purple (Rambo) Radish to the pretty pink stems and green leafs of the China Rose Radish, they certainly add plenty colour and contrast.

They are flavoursome and very nutritious. A perfect addition to all of our mixed variety crates ❤️🌱

Full crates of Red Deer mustard out for delivery today.

These microgreens look immense and pack a punch with a strong mustard flavour. They grow quite big and therefore go a long way as you only need a couple of them on the plate to complete any dish ❤️🌱

Swiss Ruby chard microgreens have an intriguing flavor in addition to their exceptional vibrant colors. The taste is similar to spinach and beetroot (although sweeter). They certainly add a crunch to all dishes. The vibrant stems are ruby red and the leaves add a lovely green contrast.

Red Vein Sorrel also known as 'Hearts on fire' are a delightful microgreen with a iaw-dropping appearance. The rich green oval leafs have striking red veins throughout.

The citrus taste has a slight bitterness which along with the appearance make it one of the most popular microherbs with chefs.

New variety - Garlic Chives

Garlic chives seeds have been sown and will be ready in a couple of weeks. Stunning to look at and similar to Onion Chives but with a pleasant garlic taste they sure are a deluxe variety ❤️🌱

Red Garnet Amaranth microgreens are very delicate and have a vibrant crimson/magenta colour both on the stems and the leaves.

They have a sweet earthy flavour almost like beets and look stunning on the top of any dish ❤️🌱

Our dinner tonight --> Sumac roasted tofu, snow pea shoot and Quinoa salad. Topped with a coriander and lime dressing along with onion chive microherbs. The taste was immense 🌱❤️
