We have been keeping this quiet, however we are pleased to announce that Hazel is due on the 13th of June and is expecting her very first litter. Puppies will be chocolate and tan long hair, possibly some chocolate dapple.

She has a tummy full. Vet checks and pregnancy Xray booked for Thursday. Whats your guess?..

Today we attended the Ku-Ring-Gai Kennel Club (am/pm) shows.
Angel walked away with 2 x RU bitch challenge and RU BOB, while her daughter walked away with 1 x Baby Puppy of Breed.

We attended the monthly Dachshund club of NSW walk hosted today. It was great to see so many people with their Dachshunds. The weather was fantastic. Angel and Summer were fabulous. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We have been a little quite here.. But we have been busy, enjoying family time and school holidays.
We have also started to attend shows once again.
Angel and her 2 beautiful girls Summer and Lana have been trying their best in the show ring and have done well.

Over the last 2 weeks both litters have discovered food. And they love it.
I was especially surprised to find my cream babies in the Royal Canin kibble at just past 2 weeks old.

Bandit babies 2 weeks 1 day.

I always found it extremely fascinating how much they grow, develop and change in such a short period of time.

These babies are on the way to opening their eyes, yet they are wagging tails, moving around quite fast and sniffing to find mum. ( they can hear)
