Apologies for the inconvenience...
We are with Optus and phones are down today.

Also we will be closed today as I attend my Dad's funeral 💔 The past year has been very hard watching him battle cancer and I take comfort in knowing he's with Nan at peace now and no more pain.
Im looking forward to focusing more on the business and your beautiful pets. They've given me so many cuddles and licks through some very hard days this year 💕

There are strict covid procedures in place, which will be sent before your appointment. DO NOT ENTER THE SALON!
With the current government restrictions in place, we do advise you to find a groomer within 5km of your home, although we will not refuse any dogs in need.

Please be patient as we may take longer to reply. There is currently a few weeks wait to get a booking but we have a wait list for any dogs in dire need, please text through a current photo of your pet if you'd like them to go on the wait list so we can prioritise them.

Casual Bather role 🐶

Immediate start for a dog lover!

We are currently seeking a motivated and dog passionate individual living in the Hills Shire LGA to join our team as a casual bather.

No experience required but we're looking for:
- hard worker
- previous pet experience
- quick learner
- true dog lover

Daily tasks will include:
- bathing dogs
- drying dogs
- handling dogs
- general cleaning of salon
- collecting and returning dogs to their owners

Minimum 3 days available per week although the chance to work up to 5 days per week is possible and likely. Start time from 9am, finish time will vary each day but will be generally around 5pm.

The Animal Welfare League NSW Kemps Creek shelter has been impacted by the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and we are now desperately low on warm bedding and blankets to help keep our shelter animals warm this winter.

We are seeking urgent assistance from generous businesses, organisations, or other charities who can provide bulk donations of bedding or blankets to Animal Welfare League NSW.

The need to close our shelter to the public during the COVID-19 restrictions has meant that our amazing supporters have not been able to donate items at this time. This is still the case, and we thank everyone for adhering to the Public Health Order, and staying home to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Individuals who want to help can:

- Order bedding or blankets online and have them posted to 1605 Elizabeth Drive, Kemps Creek, NSW 2178.

- Donate to Animal Welfare League NSW to help us provide warm bedding and blankets to our shelter animals. Donations can be made online at https://bit.ly/shelterblanketdrive

- SHARE this post with your own networks to see if we can reach as many businesses as possible!

Please note that the Animal Welfare League NSW Kemps Creek shelter is not able to accept individual donations of bedding and blankets at this time due to the Public Health Order.

I have received an email from The Minister for Healths office, stating groomers can work!
Of course just after I cancelled everyone and posted we're closed 🤦🏼‍♀️😅
I will be in contact with everyone to reschedule but please bare with me as I really need a break. The past few days have been non stop emails, stress and phone calls to get this in writing.
We will most likely still be closed til the end of July.

‼Update in most recent post‼

💔 Unfortunately we are temporarily CLOSED 😭
We've had a lot of conflicting advice on the new restrictions and will remain closed until further notice. Hopefully over the next week things will change and we can confirm a date to re-open.
Until then we are not taking any new bookings and have cancelled those booked before 31st July.

Unleashed Pets will still be OPEN during lockdown, just like last year. We understand if you chose to reschedule and are happy to do so.
Those that will be dropping their pet for a pamper, we ask you follow our protocol that will be messaged ahead of time.
Mainly drop off & pick up will be quick, no human contact and hand sanitiser will be available.
Txt through your grooming request and pick up time needed. Payments will be via bank transfer.
Txt through your booking requests or book online to save us time.

Thank you to all our AMAZING clients 💕
Your patience, kindness and support this year has been wonderful, despite many uncertain times. The Unleashed girls were truly spoilt at Christmas and we really appreciate all the gifts 🥰
We will be back on the 6th January 2021 and can't wait to see you all in the new year!
I will try to get back to txts & calls asap but please be mindful I have a son and my own pets that I need to spend time with.
