It`s time to say goodbye. Tomorrow, the 31st of July we are closing our doors. Our team want to say thank you to everyone for all the lovely gifts and cards we have received over the last few weeks, it means a lot to all of us. We treasure the relationships and memories we have created with you and your pets here at Vets at North Rocks.

We will be open 9am – 530pm if you still need to pick up any food or prescriptions for your fur pets.

If you still haven’t decided which clinic you would like to move to don’t stress, you will still have access to your pets files and our phones will be redirected the lovely team at Parramatta Vet.

‼️ Reminder ‼️

We are officially closing our doors next Wednesday the 31st of July. Please contact us ASAP if you require anything for your pet so we can get this organised for you before we close.
We will also be closed Saturday the 26th of July but will reopen on Monday the 28th of July for our final few days of business 9am till 530pm.

Thank you to our Vets@North Rocks family!! It has been an amazing journey caring for your furry family over the last 12 years. It is with a heavy heart that we announce we will be closing our doors as of 31 July 2024. Your pets will continue to be looked after at the following sister clinics: Parramatta Vet, Castle Hill Vet and Epping Vet, and we will assist in any transition our patients require. Thank you again for the love and treasured memories over the last 12 years ❤️

🐶 Ethan 🐶

Ethan recently had a hospital stay with us at the clinic where he was placed on intravenous fluids and received medical treatment from our team. During his stay Ethan also received x-rays on his abdomen to ensure there was no blockages causing his symptoms, luckily no blockages were found and after a short stay in hospital he was able to go home to his wonderful family!

Our puppy preschool program runs over four weeks where we learn basics like “sit”, “stay” and “down” as well as gaining an understanding of how to care for your new puppy including toilet training, parasite prevention, barking and more!

Maloose recently came to see Dr Shing for her second kitten vaccination and health check! Isn’t she the cutest patient!! ❤️❤️

🐱 Finn 🐱

Finn recently visited the clinic after his mum found facial swelling, which turned out to be a cat fight abscess!

Finn underwent surgery, where Dr Kieran was able to drain and clean up the wound. Finn is now back at home with his mum and is feeling much better! ❤️

⭐️ Wildlife ⭐️

Here are Vets @ North Rocks we see quite a few cases of wildlife including turtles, birds, reptiles and possums. Our wonderful nurses Courtney and Shaye have recently completed a wildlife carers course through Taronga zoo which has been very helpful in rehabilitating these natives and getting them back to their homes.

🐱 ADOPTION ALERT 🐱

About a month ago we had 7 kittens and a Mumma cat dumped outside the clinic on a 40degree day. These gorgeous kitties were taken in by the wonderful staff and given full health checks and given some much needed TLC.

We are happy to announce these babies and beautiful mumma are now available for adoption, if you think they would make a great addition to your family give us a call at the clinic on 9873 1660.

As temperatures rise, let’s ensure our furry friends stay cool and safe. 🐶🐱🐭🦜🐥

All animals struggle with high temperatures. Hydration, shade, and avoiding midday walks are key.
