4 KITTENS on a SHOEBOX😔

I thought last year was horrendous but this year is continuing even worse😢

A young boy supposedly found them in the park at Wiley Park Sunday lunchtime. He gave them to a young man passing by. That man took them home and bought some packet kitten milk which likely kept them alive overnight.

He was asking locals what to do and a lady told him to take to Amals as she feeds cats😏
So he popped them in a shoe box and was going to leave them in one of the street cat kennels at Amals. The motion set of a notification on Amals phone so was able to investigate.

If Amal didnt take them he was on way to RSPCA.

YES we know either there is someone who dumped them after their own cat had
kittens (very likely) or there is a mum cat crying for her babies. Only thing is that Wiley Park has colonies everywhere and likely finding the mum is very slim.

So......😟 YES ......Another 4🙄
BUT let's put on a happy face...
Babies are Safe! Taking the bottle quite well, 2 are exceptional and 2 licking but fine.
They are all super cute, long hair and have a very unique coat.

So Aunty Helen raced up to get more Wombaroo and buckled in to reset.
Pic their first top up feed to get some nourishment into them as they were super thirsty, eyes washed and treated, toileted and slept well on heat pack.

Amal and I will be job sharing with these babies; if i have a big day or have on site work they will be off to Amal's with their suitcase packed.😍🤗😃

ARCHIE is back.
He has been shaved.
Had some dry shampoo rubbed into him.
Had a dental ...his last 3 teeth were removed.
His claws clipped...3 of them were growing back into his pads which would have been so painful.
Antibiotics and pain relief given.

Im keeping him in a crate to rework him before goes out with The Duke and Leo. He needs to fully recover from his big day.

I just want him to be happy💘
Goodness knows he deserves it....he has done his time of 12 years no human contact. He deserves peace and happiness now.

Its an exciting day for ARCHIE.🤩🤗🐈

He is having a Valentines Day Groom!

Getting his matts shaved out,some waterless shampoo to make him look, smell and feel better plus a Nail clip. He will also have his teeth cleaned.

Then.....

He is going to a new bigger and better residence. He will be residing with The Duke & Leo in the indoor/outdoor cat house with catrun and tunnelled to another large Catio that you all bought for the kitties.

Like Leo, Archie is not people friendly but he is vert cat friendly.

I will keep you updated on his progress.
I hope he blossoms like Leo has.
Leo absolutely loves his home and headbutts The Duke. His fur is great, eyes bright and he is very happy.

COOKIE.... Headtilt from Trauma

Cookie was running down King Georges Road frantically looking to try and cross in the middle of peak hour traffic.🤦🏼‍♀️

She came in had a head tilt,has no right ear canal so is deaf in that ear. She had catflu and respiratory problems.

As she became well her tilt has become less evident most of the time but we notice if she is scared or worried she will still sit with her head to the side.

Other than being visible, she does have hearing to the left side.

Cookie loves mostly to snuggle up in bed and is a very sweet cat that stays right out of any trouble.

She lives sitting on the floor at the base of the window staring outside at anything that moves. Kitty TV.

LOMANI - tabbylicious
We have always promoted Dolfy & Lomani together as they came into care separately around the same time and both were just babies that bonded in foster care.

That sadly was 2 years ago.

We have so many kittens all grown up now into adults while waiting to be adopted. It is just so sad and much harder for them when they do go home as they think they are already home!

So I am promoting Lomani on her own as she is 2 years old and its hard enough to get one adult cat adopted let alone 2.

Lomani adores the resident gentle big dog ELSA. She actually loves cats and dogs more than people but we are running a secure 3rd place😂.

Her name is TINA.
She lived at a property at Roselands where cats were roaming undesexed and has likely had a number of litters before we stepped in to help.

TINA didnt need trapping. Tina was friendly to pop into a carrier and had 4 little newborns in tow of which one teeny bub sadly passed at a couple of days old.

We called her 3 surviving baby girls The Clowns.
More on them separately.

Tina is such a sweet young mum.
She is so appreciative of having a bed to lay on and good meals twice a day with some treats😉
Tina needed to put on weight as she was so thin trying to feed her babies.

Bubs are not feeding on her now and will be vetted soon.

Tina has done her time!
What she needs now is someone to appreciate her. To give her a loving and safe home for the next 18 plus years. To be a member of the family. To be loved.

Tina is a very easy cat.
No fuss and happy to wait for you to come home from work in return for your love.💖

Harmony & Sasha are never far from each other.
They spend the day grooming each other.
Sasha plays the big sister to Harmony and as much as she isnt as openly acceptance of pick up cuddles as Harmony, Sasha still curls up with her carer and loves her pats.
Sasha unique coat of waist forward black with a white chest and rear section has ginger sploches, she is so pretty.
Harmony is a sweet calico loves pats and cuddles up to Amal.
They are both playful and its such a big ask but we would absolutely live them to be adopted together.

Margarita - exotic name for an exotic looking kitty.

Came in as a teeny tiny bub being given away free on gumtree. She was full of ringworm when she arrived🤦🏼‍♀️

She had baths and cream and lots sunshine when possible.

Margarita has grown with confidence. She loves her food and its the best time of the day when she is given her meals.

Margarita is a little loner but plays with others also
She loves being in the enclosed verandah during the day and watches the birdies keeping them safe😉

She is a chilled back kitty, relaxed and no fuss needed.

At nearly a year old that means no one has been interested in this girl for all that time😔

This ratbag funny quirky little girl was found at a week or so old, in a plastic bag on top of an outdoor roadside bin in Riverwood in the middle of winter.

I bottle fed her every 3 hours around the clock, she crashed 3 times in the span of 10 days, we were joined at the hip and she went everywhere with us.

Nesta has grown into a confident, very funny kitty who plays with kitties both younger and older. She is just over 7 months old💖

She loves human contact and purrs on
pickup.

To go along with her quirky nature she was 3 white whiskers on left side and black on the other😃 to match her little white patch on her chest where she was kissed by an Angel💘

Nesta loves walking around with a dirty old material candy cane in her mouth and wont let anyone touch it.....(growl) Its Mine!!!

JOY & Jack having a play before their new friends arrived

Sharing with you where 4 of my Special Needs babies are adopted to and the magical space Sam & Luke have created for them.

Cammy Bobs & Roy Bobs who have been renamed Joy & Jack Jack have Radial Hyperplasia which is also known as Twisty Cats with smaller twisted front limbs. They were saved from a lady who at her darkest moment said they were better off being drowned😔. I was very worried for these 2 kitties who as we can tell now have had hardly any human contact since their birth.

Also adopted our sweet Donny & Daisy who have Cerebral Hyperplasia and known as Wobbly Cats. These babies were found dumped in a park in Western Sydney and were extremely thin. Once rescued they have been lovingly nurtured by Tiana & Lara (my Insta girls💖) who have got them to a healthy weight and given them so much stimulation to strengthen their back legs and increase mobility and shown enormous amounts of love💘 to the pair.

We delivered Donny and daisy ladt Saturday. Have a look at where they are living out their dream now. Posting photos here and video of Joy and JackJack following as cant post photos and video together.

Next stage is a beautiful purposely built stepped outdoor catio designed and created by Luke from where the window is now.
I cant wait to hear the journey of Donny & Daisy with Joy and Jack and the family.

Awesome CHEETA SNUGGLEPUSS was only with me it seems 5 minutes.

On Wednesdsy one of my loyal supporters/friend/double adopter Denise after telling me of a kitten from her street that went missing and found twice, owner promised to desex but didnt, owner knows the road he lives is busy but continues to open windows without screens and kitten gets out for days, owner finally surrended to Denise....meaning Tommys😃.
Sooo Wednesday he came in, photoshoot on Uncle Geoffs lap, had vetwork done on Thursday, and Friday I had a videp call with Denise's neighbours regarding his adoption.

This boy is SUPER smoochy hence his name🤗.

So its meeting him and HAPPY TAILS as he will be delivered Monday...wish they were all like that!🎉

2 little white twin Cherubs each with their amazing different colour eyes are very unique.

DUKE & LEO

I wanted to post this absolutely beautiful video of my "twisty" cats that were born deformed with Radial Hypoplasia. Sam and Luke adopted these babies just before Christmas so they spent their first Christmas in their forever home surrounded by their gorgeous new family and their friends. They are so loved it makes me tear up every time i watch this video. They have their own toy filled room and are getting a huge purpose built enclosure from that room for safe sunshine time. They also have daily run if the house time. Its still early days in the adoption but they have their forever home and I am always excited to receive these happy reports💖 Sam and Luke certainly have restored my faith in humanity and it brings me happiness to know there are very special people out there if you dig hard enough. Good Morning from the bottle bubs....we all alive and doing well. Day 4 .....My brother & sister are sleeping after their Bot Bots but I like to have more time with Aunty Helen💖 The black and the white are thriving and are like Ying and Yang or Piano Keys when cuddled together😘 The calico who was alot smaller and had some fluey symptoms is getting stronger and putting on weight but is still very high alert and constantly with me. There was weed kill on grass area where they were crawling out of the box to attract mumma to feed so its critical to watch them. The bottle bubs are around 12-15 days. Eyes all open now. We are all on a road trip to Central Coast to deliver Luv Luv today. Aunty Helen baggy eyed but able to function😅 #bottlebubs #tommysrescue #neonatalkittens

Night Night Babies There are two babies here that dont have names. I affectionately call them "the clowns" because their little faces remind me, i dont know know why, of clowns. There is a 3rd little clown with carer Linda. Night Night Clown 1 and 2, Chee Chee, Elsa Bobs and Bill. 5 year old FLUFFY has served his time. Both on the street where he endured a bite injury to his tail enough to need half of it anmputated and in care. Fluffy doesnt know about his tail, it has not affected him in any way and we dont talk about it😜 the fur has fully grown back. Fluffy is a solo cat He is so very loving and loves his pats. He just doesnt want cat friends. When he was in his colony he was always on the edge in his own space. Here in care its hard for him in a multicat home but he is handling it by staying up high at window level most of the day. He is not as happy as he should be though, but safe off the streets. Yes he did have a home for 5 days before the adopters shifts changed and she felt she didnt have enough time in her life for him. When i picked him up he was happily laying on her bef. It only took a couple days for him to feel comfortable and i had to bring him back😔 Fluffy is great with his litter and is longing for his forever home. He actually doesnt mind if you work long hours at least he will have his own castle and keep the bed warm for you. He is super chilled and ready to meet you.
