Our beginning

Nearly 10 years ago I decided to open my own pet store after being in the pet industry for 13 years. I have a passion for helping, by educating pet owners to understand their pets and their pets needs. I am only a little store but surprise people all the time when they need something that they can’t seem to find elsewhere, and if I do not have it at the time, I will order it in, if possible. We are a family run business with a focus on fair dinkum prices on good quality merchandise for all the Families finned, furred and feathered Pets. With all of my years of experience I am happy to help with any difficulties you may have with your family pets. I invite you to come in and visit us at our cosy, friendly store where we will make you feel at home, we are animal lovers ourselves with lots of stories about our wonderful pets and we will gladly listen to your tales too. Here at our store the animals welfare is our first and only concern, we will help you to make the right choices for your pets health & wellbeing.

For the last 4 years I have been helping a rescue group, DABS, to rehome their kittens and cats, by donating my time and space in the store. The rescue group were amazed at how many more kittens and cats we have been able to rehome compared to them just being photos on a websited. We built a cattery in the store so that people can come and meet the feline they are thinking of adopting, or just come in for a cat fix, as some people have relatives with cat allergies and can’t have one of their own.
