"I died today.
I was found by a kind, sweet woman who does wildlife rescue.
I was so sick, I could barely open my eyes.
She took me inside, cradling me in her warm arms, and made me warm and comfortable.
I opened my eyes and looked at her and thanked her for making my last few minutes as comfortable as possible.
But I was too sick to keep fighting anymore.
I had eaten a mouse that was poisoned, and it made me very sick.
I closed my yellow eyes for the last time and went somewhere else.
Please, all I ask is never use poison to kill the mice.
Poison kills owls, like me.
All I wanted was a mouse for dinner.

Stop the use of poison for rats or mice.
Live traps are the best to use. Catch and release.
It only takes one share to spread the word."

☆☆☆☆☆ "We engaged Maria to help us with our Miniature Schnauzer Bella as we could not walk her without her barking constantly and pulling on the lead. Bella had to be picked up and cuddled by our visitors and constant barking at home. Within three weeks Bella is so much calmer, does not demand the attention of visitors to our home. As she is much calmer the barking at home has significantly reduced. We have learnt how to walk Bella and teach her she is safe so she won’t bark at people and dogs along the walk. Thank you Maria it is more enjoyable having a dog."

From reactive to alert but not alarmed - a good 1 hour session at the park (being their third lesson). Applying our program builds dogs' confidence and helps them to become calmer and happier 🥰

Prior to Maria's training we couldn't leave our Italian Greyhound for more then 10 minutes without her barking and carrying on. We also couldn't walk her without her furiously pulling. After just two sessions with Maria we can now leave our pup for up to 10 hours with no issues, and she has also improved dramatically with the pulling on the lead and we couldn't be anymore pleased! Marias strategies are simple to understand and implement. I would highly recommend Maria to any dog owners needing a bit of help and direction. Maria is easy to contact and communicate with.

Maria was kind, patient and thoughtful. It was less about training the dogs and more about training us humans! We were quite oblivious to the way dogs think and that was what was causing the problems. Now we have a bit of insight it’s made it much easier. We came to her with help with anxiety for one of our dogs and also toilet training and she has helped with that and more. I highly recommend booking 3 sessions with her. We are pretty forgetful when it comes to some things so it’s a work in progress. Thank you Maria! Wish we had found you when they were puppies. Beck and Family

Dear Maria,

I’d like to let you know you know all is going well with us following your excellent advice. Both dogs are calmer, especially Joshi, who seemed to pick up from your presence here that some profound changes were afoot - he seemed cautiously subdued for a day or two after you left. 

We are finding the effect of your techniques on our dogs, especially non verbal and gentle physical correction [no hands], is profound. We notice a different kind of awareness in them, new levels of interest and respect for a changed hierarchy. Amazing how access to privileges, well timed rewards, and calmly asserting our authority all work to improve their trust and appreciation of who’s really meant to be running the show here. We’re thinking constantly about status - and how everyone is better off from this new system.
