Tomorrow we’ll be at the Vegan Market in Springwood Blue Mountains 9am-4pm
🌭 we will have our amazing hotdogs - our own vegan frank, pickled red cabbage, gerkins, vegan cheese, mustard, tomato sauce and also our yummy cheese sauce 😮

🥧 we will also have our hot/cold pies available but the numbers will be limited.

🩷 we will also be taking some cold packaged products but we also have limited stock available on this so…..
get there early if you want to grab all your favourites.

We are one of the only businesses in Australia that actually makes our own seitan products and we are very proud of that ❤️
Sei-tan is made using the protein of wheat, it’s a great source of protein, and a great meat alternative.

💚Our shredded seitan (shredded chicken) is definitely our best seller not only in supermarkets but onlin. This product is perfect in stir fry, pastas, tacos, curry or pies.

🩷our pepperoni is very popular on pizzas. We sell this product to a catering distributor so If you see a vegan pepperoni pizza on the menu somewhere it’s a good chance it’s ours 🙌

❤️The pastrami - what can I say. It makes the best Rueben toastie

🩵The schnitzel (not featured in the photo) is what we use on our schnitzel burger

🧡Rasher, Rasher, Rasher - another popular product for cafes. It is perfect for your big breakky, waffles, salads or pastas. I’m actually making a potato salad with this tonight 👌

💜Our butter chickin. We use this mixture in our butter chickin pie and it’s also a great seller at Harris Farm 👍

I’ve eaten every single one of our products and I eat them regularly, but I do go in an out of favourites of the week.
❤️ This week (and last week) it’s been the pepperoni
👌it’s one of our seitan products and has a really good texture and flavour - fennel, paprika, chilli, onion, garlic.

🍕 🍝 I’m obsessed with making pizza with it and also adding it to pastas.
You can eat it straight from the pack no cooking required making perfect for your charcuterie board

After a tricky 2024 for a lot of us, here’s hoping 2025 is A LOT better!

Our shop will be open as normal this weekend. We’ll have hot food and products available. Some products may not be back in stock yet as the team only started back this weekend. Our online store will be back up and running next week once we have made all the products.

What a crazy week!

Online orders for delivery have been sent off with the last of Sydney being picked up on Monday. We had a massive response this year for Roast deliveries with Sydney having to be split into 3 lots. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU 🙏 ❤️❤️

We currently can’t take anymore orders for pick up but our team will be making, making, making Roasts next week so if you come in Christmas weekend or the 23rd or 24th Dec you should be able to purchase them.

But……I had a cancellation last night of 2 regular Festive Roasts so I’ve got them here with me at Carriageworks Farmers Market today if anyone is urgently wanting one 👍
