To all of our lovely& loyal customers
It saddens us to have to write this post, but feel it is a topic that needs to be addressed. Of late we have had a few clients call and complain because we have had to shave their dog entirely or parts thereof(face,ears,tail,legs or feet). Please understand we do not CHOOSE to do this because it’s easier or quicker for us to do so, we HAVE to do this because it is in the best and kindest interest for your dog. We will not put your dog through the painful and cruel process of dematting your dog because you want them to look cute and fluffy, we have to come to the point where you as owners take on and accept some of the responsibility of maintaining,brushing and combing your dog in between grooms, we understand things happen and life can get in the way at times but we can only work with what you give us. Please be assured we will ALWAYS put your dogs best interest and well-being first and try to give you your desired look and style but in these instances it can’t always be achieved. We just ask for your understanding and a little appreciation for all of the hard work, love and care we give your dog as we treat each and every dog as our own. Please ask your groomer if you are having trouble with grooming at home we are more than happy to come out and show you the best brush and comb for your dog and how to use them correctly, we are more than happy to help and want to work together with you.
