Hey guys,
I just need to remind people again to please make sure you know when your next appointment is coming up, and if you are unsure when your next appointment is, then please ask. Especially now itโs warming up and I have a standby list for people needing their dogs groomed.
I run a small business and if one person doesnโt show up for their appointment or cancels within a 24 hour period, then I cant fill that slot and I am left with a loss.
Not only am left with a loss with that slot but I am also paying staff to be here with nothing to do for that hour. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of people that would have loved the opportunity to get their dog groomed.
Please be reminded that when you sign our agreement form when you create an account on our online booking system you are agreeing to pay for the FULL FEE of your dogs groom if you cancel within 24 hours or โno showโ to your appointment.
Also we run on a strict time allocated schedule. If you run 15 minutes late, it throws the ENTIRE day out! And it is not fair to the other clients that were here on time to have their dog needing to stay longer because someone else has come in late.
Please if you are running even 10 minutes late please send a txt and let us know. If you are going to be more then 20 minutes late then we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and you will still need to pay as it will fall under our no show guidelines.
