Beauty and Beast Dog Grooming

Hey guys,

I just need to remind people again to please make sure you know when your next appointment is coming up, and if you are unsure when your next appointment is, then please ask. Especially now it’s warming up and I have a standby list for people needing their dogs groomed.

I run a small business and if one person doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels within a 24 hour period, then I cant fill that slot and I am left with a loss.
Not only am left with a loss with that slot but I am also paying staff to be here with nothing to do for that hour. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of people that would have loved the opportunity to get their dog groomed.

Please be reminded that when you sign our agreement form when you create an account on our online booking system you are agreeing to pay for the FULL FEE of your dogs groom if you cancel within 24 hours or “no show” to your appointment.

Also we run on a strict time allocated schedule. If you run 15 minutes late, it throws the ENTIRE day out! And it is not fair to the other clients that were here on time to have their dog needing to stay longer because someone else has come in late.

Please if you are running even 10 minutes late please send a txt and let us know. If you are going to be more then 20 minutes late then we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and you will still need to pay as it will fall under our no show guidelines.

We work so hard to make sure all of our clients are looking and feeling amazing while treating them like they are our own and it’s always nice to feel appreciated for our hard work 🖤🐾

A reminder that December is FULLY BOOKED OUT! And there is only a small amount of bookings left for this year.

I will be starting a cancelation list for anyone wanting an appointment and can’t get one. I will need you to have already made an account online and it will automatically notify you if a space becomes available once you ask to be a part of the cancellation list 😊

I was invited to Groom Wars in New Zealand last weekend to take some photos of the grooming competition. I also did a demo for Joyzze grooming clippers and Groomer DK with a hand stripping seminar on a Wire Fox Terrier.

My December is ***FULLY BOOKED OUT!***
I may be opening up on the 4th December so I could possibly have a couple of spots available for that day only.

I will be starting a cancelation list for people that would like a booking in the event that someone cancels.

I only have a few spots available between now and the end of the year where I will be re opening on the 21st January.

I have already had quite a few people ask for their recurring appointments for the whole of 2025 so if you would like me to book in a repeat appointment for the year please let me know, otherwise you are only able to book in online 3 months in advance.

Totally fell in love today!

Everyone meet Sullivan the Spinone Italiano 😍
Sullivan is 11 weeks old and I was more than happy for his owner to leave him with me 🤣 forever!

This is such an awesome breed that you don’t see very often. Sullivan will be between 40-50kg when fully grown! Just look at those feet!

It is so SO important for people to get there puppies groomed as early as possible! It makes such a big difference for a young puppy to be desensitised and brought up to known that grooming is a part of their lives. The dogs that I have groomed since a young puppy always run into the salon wagging their tails and enjoy the whole experience. We make it as fun and happy for them as we can with lots of cuddles and reassurance that grooming is not something that they should fear.

Sullivan is going to be a very big dog and if not desensitised to grooming at a young age there is no way that we could groom him when fully grown if he feared going to the groomers and it’s totally not fair to the dog. So we are very excited to see this young puppy already happy with the process and we can’t wait to watch him grow 😍🐾
