The Gordon Vet team will always look after you and your pets. It's what we love to do! We are located on the corner of Ryde Rd in Pymble.

Gordon Vet Hospital is an independently owned hospital that has been caring for pets in the Ku-Ring-Gai area for more than 40 years. Our partners are Dr David Loneragan and Dr Scott Lackenby, who are both longstanding members of the GVH team. They are supported by a wonderful team of experienced Vets and Nurses, many of whom have been at GVH for more than 10 years. As a result, when you walk in th

e door you'll be greeted by a familiar face who knows you and your pet. It is a place where you and your pet are made to feel welcome. Most of our Vets have further qualifications and are able to provide expert, up to date pet care and advice. David and Scott are both AQIS acreddited, meaning they can help you if you are planning on travelling overseas with your pet. Our Nurses are well qualified and have been selected fortheir ability to bond with your pet by showing genuine love and care. Our Reception Nurses have excellent customer service skills and an amazing ability toremember the names of owners and their pets, making you feel welcome. For your convenience, GVH is fully equipped with all the facilities, expertise and equipment for professional pet care - all under one roof. This means immediate results for you and better patient pet care with less reliance on expensive referrals. On site we have two operating theatre's, digital Xray, ultrasound, dentistry, endoscopy and a laboratory with the latest technology. In addition, we are here for you every day of the year with long opening hours and an After Hours service during the week. We have ample parking right at the front door and we also provide a Drop Off, House Call and Pick Up service. This means you can drop your pet off for a check up and pick them up later. Gordon Vet Hospital also had new, spacious and comfortable 'Kitty Condos' for cat boarding. We have regular puppy training held at the hospital on Sunday mornings.

🚨 Important Notice for Pet Owners 🚨

The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is conducting a fox control program using 1080 poison in several Sydney reserves from Feb 1 – July 31, 2025. Targeted areas include Sydney Harbour, Garigal, Ku-ring-gai Chase, and Lane Cove National Parks to protect threatened species like bandicoots and little penguins.

⚠️ Keep your pets safe:
• Always leash your pets and avoid restricted areas.
• Symptoms of poisoning include vomiting, seizures, or unusual behavior.
