We are now fully booked until Xmas. Feel free to text in the case of a cancellation but as a backup plan we are closed only the main days, as the shop will be closed from January 12th and reopen February 4th. Thank you to all our loyal customers for looking after your precious dogs!

Xmas is 5 weeks to go!

With summer months approaching, we are already getting booked out, so please book NOW to avoid missing out. We have very limited spots available. Whilst we will be keeping a cancellation list, we cannot guarantee a spot unless you have a booking.

Please note that for the remainder of the year, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation/missed appointment policy. Any cancellations without 48hour notice will be subject to a $50 rebooking / reschedule /cancellation fee. This is critical to our business during our busiest season, as a missed spot is one that could have gone to a paying customer.

If we do not answer the Phone that is because we are super busy so please leave a message and we will return your call. Even better just text when it suits you!

So please don’t be disheartened & we will do our best.

One of the hardest things about being a groomer is sharing the grief with our human clients when one of our dogs passes on. We love this photo of Wicky holding Molly, a gentle and loving soul and one who always made our day when she came in for a pamper. Today we are thinking of Karen and Joseph, Molly's parents, but we are thankful for the time we got to spend looking after her. It has always been our privilege and she will be missed by everybody in the shop.

Beautiful Oscar here is looking for a new forever home. He is 4yo, desexed and up to date, well behaved male staffy. Mum is moving overseas and can't take him, and is not selling him. DM us if you know someone genuinely interested!

First full groom for Charlie today, a stunning result, with a patient owner who has taken on board all feedback to keep a flawless coat, and kept regular appointments to let us seamlessly train and ease Charlie onto being a relaxed grooming dog.
