PRIVATE REHOMING - MAXIE (7 YR) & FRANKIE (6 YR), TRI FEMALES (DESEXED)
BONDED PAIR TO BE REHOMED TOGETHER
* Rehoming Fee: $400 as a pair, via donation *

Maxie and Frankie are from the same household as Marlie. Maxie & Frankie have been together all their lives and are to be rehomed together as a bonded pair. All 3 dogs get along well

The girls are housetrained and allowed inside. They sleep in a kennel outside together or in a crate inside in winter. They are used to children aged 3-12 years old. Being rural dogs, they don't see a lot of others and tend to be quite excited when seeing other dogs in town.

Please read more about them in their bio on our website, contact details for their owner are in the 'contact' tab: www.beaglerescuensw.org.au/adopt-available

Please note as a private rehoming Maxie & Frankie's owner will field all enquiries and make all decisions regarding their new home. They are not in care with BRN and we have not assessed them. We know only what their owner has told us.

We recommend all dogs go to a new home on a trial basis, and that the trial period should be 30 days. In the event things don't work out (it happens), the dog would be returned to their original owner who would again seek to find them a new home. We recommend change of ownership forms are not submitted to council until a successful rehoming has been agreed at the end of the trial period.

Usual rules apply - keep it positive or keep it to yourself. Negative or judgemental comments will be removed and the poster may be banned from the page without further discussion.

PRIVATE REHOMING - MARLIE, 1 YR 11 MO TAN & WHITE MALE (DESEXED)
* Rehoming Fee: $350 via donation*

Marlie is in need of a new home. He is from the same household as Maxie & Frankie but may be rehomed separately. Given he has always lived with other dogs, ideally his new home will come with another friendly dog for company.

The three dogs all get along well, meals are supervised to ensure no one over eats. He is used to children aged 3-12. Housetrained and allowed inside, sleeps outside in a kennel at night or inside in a crate in winter. No health or temperament issues. Being young, he can be a little stubborn and needs to work more on reliably sitting on command.

Please read more about him in his bio on our website, contact details for his owner are in the 'contact' tab: www.beaglerescuensw.org.au/adopt-available

Please note as a private rehoming Marlie's owner will field all enquiries and make all decisions regarding his new home. He is not in care with BRN and we have not assessed him. We know only what his owner has told us.

We recommend all dogs go to a new home on a trial basis, and that the trial period should be 30 days. In the event things don't work out (it happens), the dog would be returned to their original owner who would again seek to find them a new home. PRIVATE REHOMING - LILLY, 6.5 YR, TRI FEMALE (DESEXED)
* Rehoming Fee: $300*

Lilly is in need of a new home as sadly her owner has had to go into care. Lilly is housetrained and allowed inside (including to sleep). She is happy to potter outside and waits patiently for her owner to return when they go out. As she's used to living on acreage, she'd love space to potter and explore.

As Lilly's owner has gone into care, her rehoming is being facilitated by friends (one who will field enquiries and others who are currently caring for Lilly).

Please read more about her in her bio on our website, contact details for those facilitating enquiries are in the 'contact' tab: www.beaglerescuensw.org.au/adopt-available

Please note as a private rehoming Lilly is not in care with BRN and we have not assessed her. We know only what her owner has told us.

We recommend all dogs go to a new home on a trial basis, and that the trial period should be 30 days. In the event things don't work out (it happens), the dog would be returned to their original owner who would again seek to find them a new home. UPDATE 24/11: Enquiries paused. Jurgen is going on trial soon

PRIVATE REHOMING - JURGEN, 5 YR, TRI MALE (DESEXED) BEAGLE
* Rehoming Fee: $300 via donation*
Jurgen is in need of a new home through no fault of his own. He is housetrained and allowed inside, including to sleep. He's got no known health or temperament issues. He has lived with cats most of his life and is fine with them.

He currently lives with another dog and they get along well, however with enough human company Jurgen may not necessarily need another dog all the time. He is ok to be left once comfortable in the environment.

Please read more about him in his bio on our website, contact details for his owner are in the 'contact' tab: www.beaglerescuensw.org.au/adopt-available

Please note as a private rehoming Jurgen's owner will field all enquiries and make all decisions regarding his new home. He is not in care with BRN and we have not assessed him. We know only what his owner has told us.

Maisie is still looking for her new home - could yours be it?

PRIVATE REHOMING - MAISIE, 1 YR 9 MO, TRI FEMALE (DESEXED) BEAGLE
* Rehoming Fee: $350 via donation*

Maisie is on the lookout for a new home. She is a bigger dog, taller than an average beagle and weighs ~20kg. Maisie is currently an outside-only dog.

Please read Maisie's information carefully. She is very sensitive to her environment, struggles with impulse control and to calm down when over-excited. She will need a substantial transition period to assist learning and retaining skills. She is also a young dog and still has some of those hallmarks - bored easily, can be destructive digging and chewing.

Please read more about her in her bio on our website, contact details for her owner are in the 'contact' tab: www.beaglerescuensw.org.au/adopt-available

Please note as a private rehoming Maisie's owner will field all enquiries and make all decisions regarding her new home. She is not in care with BRN and we have not assessed her. We know only what her owner has told us.

Say hello to our 2024 Beagle Rescue NSW calendar November models:
Deagle & Yarnie

Deagle: A mischievous pup, who is always happy for treats, testing the sturdiness of toys or playing with his little human niece, Evelyn.

Yarnie: Always up for cuddles and pats, getting his milk when Mum makes a coffee, and seeing his bestie Rex the GSD.

UPDATE 01/11 - Charlie has found his new home. Best wishes to all

----

PRIVATE REHOMING - CHARLIE, 1 YR 3 MO, TRI MALE (DESEXED) BEAGLE X FOX HOUND
* Rehoming Fee: $350 via donation*

Charlie is in need of a new home. He is housetrained and allowed inside, including to sleep. He's got no known health issues. He has lived with a pre-teen and interacts well with them. Charlie is still a young dog and it will be a little while before he settles down into adulthood, he still has a lot of puppy/adolescent energy.

Charlie has lived with another dog but, unfortunately they have not been a good fit together and the other dog has injured him during an altercation. Charlie has been living as a solo dog for the last month and enjoys his environment, though he still prefers company. He may be better suited to a small-medium sized dog as a companion. Any potential families with another dog must have Charlie meet their existing dog on neutral ground before any trial rehoming.

Please read more about him in his bio on our website, contact details for his owner are in the 'contact' tab: www.beaglerescuensw.org.au/adopt-available

Please note as a private rehoming Charlie's owner will field all enquiries and make all decisions regarding his new home. He is not in care with BRN and we have not assessed him. We know only what his owner has told us.
