This is the only place in the world that you have to put the coaster on top of the wine, not on the bottom!! Because we have these tiny flys which love wine and they land in your glass😆note the coasters on top of our glass!

Thank you to the Committee of APDT for another successful Conference. Everything went smoothly thanks to the committee members, the speakers, venue and food was fantastic.
It seems such a long time since our last face to face conference due to Covid. It was great to catch up with everyone, and meeting so many new people. Thank you to everyone from Kumalong Australia, hopefully we will see you next year.

So many people have added a puppy to their family during the lockdown, but unfortunately all Puppy Classes are now closed, so the very important socialization is missed that your puppy dearly needs at an early age. So what can you do?
The most important lesson your puppy must learn is to be left alone.
Start by leaving your puppy for a few minutes only to begin with. Gradually increasing the time you are away. You can just go into another part of the house and only return when the pup is quiet. It is also a good idea to give your pup a chewie when you leave.

Another point to remember is not to make a fuss when leaving or returning, you want your pup to accept your coming and goings without any fuss. Just remember that hopefully one day we will be able to go about our lives like we used to, things like holidays! going out for dinner with friends! Shopping not for food!
These are times when your puppy will need to handle being left alone for a few hours, so help your puppy now before it is too late.
