Our Story

Owners – Sean , Angie and Jess Lynch

Fremont German Shepherds was first established in 1984, a small but very selective kennel breeding pups of excellent type and character. With over 34 years of experience and an ongoing breeding program, we can offer you a quality puppy from the best German Shepherds available worldwide. Our dogs are not only homebred but are also sourced from the top kennels in Germany and the world. Fremont kennels has received many awards over the years including the Gold medal for hips from the GSDCA , top breeding kennel 2014,2015 and 2017 from the N&HRGSDC and in 2012 Sean received the GSDCA Service Award for services to the German Shepherd Dog ( only 2 of these awards are issued each year)

Fremont German Shepherds has established itself as the leader in quality show or pet German Shepherds and continues to improve its bloodlines by importing the best dogs from Europe with the best bloodlines, some of these dogs include –

1. Mischalands Calvin – Graded VA in Norway and Australia and Inter Sieger in Sweden

2. As Du Domaine Du Val D’Aulnoy – Graded VA in Australia and Silver Medal winner at the 2011 Australian National.

3. Shotan Fabius – Multi V1 place getter and V5 at the 2009 National.

4. Gerry Von Schacher – Austrian Junior Sieger and 2012 Silver and 2014 Gold Medal winner at the Australian Nationals

5. Java Von Santamar – One of Australia’s top breeding female and multi V1 places.

6. Veneze Lutz – UK Best In Show National Winner.

7. Conbhairean Karlos – Multi V1 places plus SG 13 at the 2016 Sieger Show in Germany.

Sean , Angie and Jess work within the clubs and the GSDCA to promote the breed, Sean is currently the President of the Newcastle & Hunter Region GSDC a position he has held since 2000. He has also served as treasurer for National Council for 2 years. Jess also work as Breed Affairs officer for the N&HRGSDC for many years and as the youth Coordinator for the GSDCA for 5 years and now travels to Germany each year to handle for the top German kennels, she is regarded as Australia’s top handler and Angie works for the N&HRGSDC in many roles from publicity officer and canteen officer, you can always see Angie’s photos on the N&HRGSDC Face Book page.

2. 2011 National --- As Du Domaine Du Val D’Aulnoy HD/ED KKL1 SCH 1 – Silver Medal

3. 2011 National --- Fremont Too Darn Hot AZ BSCL1 – Bronze Medal

4. 2012 National --- Gerry Vom Schacher HD/ED BSCL1 –Silver Medal

5. 2014 National --- Gerry Vom Schacher HD/ED BSCL1 –Gold Medal

6. 2015 National --- Fremont Hells Bells AZ BSCL 1 – Silver Medal

7. 2016 National --- Fremont Hells Bells AZ BSCL 1 – Silver Medal

8. 2017 National --- Fremont Hells Bells AZ BSCL 1 – Silver Medal

9. 2017 National --- Fremont I’ve Got The Magic AZ BSCL1 – Silver Medal
