We know life can get in the way sometimes. Confirmation texts are sent the day before, or a couple of days before your appointment. You MUST reply to the confirmation text with a YES or NO. If we don’t receive a response- your appointment will be cancelled. Please don’t confirm your appointment on the day you are booked in. You must do this the day before. 🙏🏽
Each dog we book in blocks off a time for our girls to work our magic. Cancelling on the day or not showing up to your appointment without letting us know leaves space in our day which is very difficult to fill.. and our staff waiting.
Help us - by cancelling your appointment if need be, with 24 hours notice.. so we can help you- dodge the cancellation/no show fee 😉
Please be on time to your appointments.. being prompt matters 🫶🏽

Bather/Dog Groomer Position Available

Job Duties:
Perform duties such as bathing, drying, brushing, nail clipping and ear cleaning on dogs as well as full body clips and pre-clips.
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the salon.
Provide quality care to all animals.
Administration duties and client communications.

Requirements:
Must have 2+ years experience in working with animals.
Must have a passion for this field of work.
Customer service experience
Must have excellent time management and attention to detail.
Must have prior dog handling skills.
Positive workplace attitude.
Reliable, enthusiastic, confident and trustworthy.
Excellent communication skills and personal hygiene.
Quick learner.
Physical ability to perform assigned tasks.
Must be open to constructive criticism.

Availability:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
