Rescue Hub, based in Western Sydney, Australia, is solely run by a group of like-minded, dedicated and compassionate volunteers who save the lives of dogs from the pound who are on death row, the dogs that no one else wants due to medical and health issues, or behavioural issues. Through various fund-raising e

vents we raise money to help critical dogs in need with vet work, medical needs and training/rehabilitation to help them find their forever homes. Our Fundraising funds also help the dogs that are currently in our care who are also waiting for their forever homes. Rescue Hub is a Non Profit Organisation and a Registered Charity with donations of $2 or more tax deductible. Kind donations of any amount, no matter how small, can be made by using the options below. You can set up a weekly or monthly donation of any amount you choose.

💙☹️Zeus is STILL in need of a NEW home☹️💙

We have been asked to urgently assist with finding the gorgeous Zeus a new home as despite all attempts to make this work, he is not getting along with another male dog in the home ☹️

Zeus is a gorgeous, clever and affectionate boy 🥰 He is very happy to lie at your feet inside or follow you around in the garden. He also does well when left alone if you go to work, and will just find a chair to lay on to soak up the sun 🌞 He enjoys swimming in the summer, enjoys walks and is used to a halty harness.

He can be reactive to other dogs, and whilst he has had extensive training is not getting along with another male dog in the home making this difficult to manage. He can however sit, come when called, shake, heal, and walk well on a loose lead 👏 He has not lived with children.

He can be fearful of some loud noises and when anxious may chew his tail or dig 🥺 Continued effort to work on his anxiety will be needed.

Zeus will need a home with a dedicated family that are committed to his ongoing training, who can provide a loving, calm, safe and secure environment for him to be the best dog he can be ❤️

😢 Busta is CRITICAL in a NSW pound 😢

The shelter is VERY concerned about his welfare in this environment 😢 Sadly, we just don’t have space at our kennels, and he needs out of this environment ASAP‼️

Busta is a gorgeous boy 💙 He started off quite timid when he first came into the shelter but has slowly opened up and has become quite cuddly and sweet 🥰 Unfortunately he has begun showing signs of stress in the kennel environment.

He is not coping in the pound and needs a home where he can feel safe, secure, and loved ❤️ He will need an understanding family dedicated to ensuring he receives love, exercise, mental stimulation, support & ongoing training.

❌❌❌❌ LOKI'S SITUATION HAS BECOME CRITICAL- HE HAS THREE DAYS TO FIND A HOME, BEFORE HE WILL BE HOMELESS ❌❌❌❌
PLEASE HELP LOVEABLE LOKI 🥲
This loveable, active/playful /boy is desperately in need of a loving new home (due to illness causing a change of circumstance with his current owner)
Loki enjoys beach walks/water play, playing fetch, he is sociable with other dogs of similar size and absolutely loves his humans. Unfortunately he is in danger of being surrendered to the pound if we are unable to find someone to care for him within the next few days which is heart breaking for him to say the least.
Loki was abandoned as a pup, with the help of Rescue Hub he was adopted into what was thought to be his forever home but sadly, he is facing being left alone once again 🥲
Loki needs a family where someone would be home most of the time, or another dog to keep him company. Cuddles are his thing, the more the merrier, he is good around children, loves to be inside with the family, and will let you know when it’s toilet time. Storms and fireworks don’t faze him.
He currently sleeps inside and is crate trained.

Zeus is not in Rescue Hub’s care. He is currently in a NSW pound and has been waiting a very long time for someone to give him his second chance and forever home 🥺 🥺🥺

He is available for direct adoption from the pound or available for rescue‼️

If you’re looking for a gorgeous, smart, happy, and totally loveable dog, Zeus might just be your new best friend! 😊 He is curious, playful, and always up for an adventure. While he enjoys his walks and fun outings, he’s not overly demanding when it comes to exercise. He loves to play with toys 🥎

Zeus is very social with people and loves to be part of whatever’s going on. He’s affectionate and engaging 🤗

Like all dogs, Zeus would benefit from ongoing training & development in his new home. He knows his name and knows commands such as: sit, stay, down and shake. He is also learning commands like: loose lead walking and appears to be partly toilet trained as well. He is very food motivated, making him easy to train and takes treats gently 👍

He’s been doing socialisation and desensitisation training at the pound and he has however shown tremendous improvement.
👧 Children: Zeus is open to meet kids from 10 years and up. The reason for this is that Zeus is a larger dog, and he may accidently knock smaller kids over - especially during play time.

🥞🎉❤️ Pikelet has been Adopted ❤️🎉🥞

Precious puppy Pikelet found himself on a pound critical list when he wasn’t coping in the kennel environment ☹️

We went to meet him and he was the most darling little boy 💙 So affectionate and happy! We posted him hoping to find him a forever home 🤞His family saw him, applied to foster to adopt him, and they went to meet him at the pound as soon as they could! 😊 They just loved him ❤️

Pikelet came to Rescue Hub for a little while to start to decompress and prepare for his new home, and everyone who met him just adored him too 🥰 Such a little character and he gave the biggest hugs 🤗 He was less stressed at the rescue and such a good boy.

He has a wonderful home and family, and has now been officially adopted 🎉 Yay!! 😀

We adopted Pikelet because he’s the best dog EVER 🐶💖 He makes us laugh 😂 gives the best cuddles 🤗 and we can’t imagine life without him 🐾✨

Bowie is an adorable, intelligent, affectionate, and food-motivated senior boy 😋 He’s done scent training, knows a wide range of commands (like stay, drop, come, heel, go crate and more), and thrives on mental stimulation. He especially enjoys games like “find my shoe” or food search puzzles. If you’ve got a Kong filled with peanut butter, you’ll win his heart! ❤️

Bowie is one of our assisted adoption boys, he is needing to find a new home as his owner has become physically unable to care for him the way he would like to, and does not want him to miss out on all the things he is used to like exercise and his walks. His owner wants Bowie to have the best life possible!

Bowie travels well in the car, walks nicely on a lead, and sleeps peacefully in his crate at night 😴 Bowie is a wonderful companion for someone experienced and patient who can continue the training he’s received through K9 Pro in Londonderry 👍

Bowie is looking for a calm household with no other pets and could he live with older children. Bowie promises to be a loyal, entertaining, and endlessly loving best friend 🤗 He is very friendly with people and enjoys human company. Tundra is a gorgeous boy 💙 He is quiet and content in his kennel but is highly stressed when he comes out. This poor boy is wondering where he is and why his owner has not come to find him ☹️ He has built up energy to burn and cannot do this in this environment.

He loves treats which is helpful with his training 😋 He can already sit and shake and is a very fast learner 👍

🩷 Darling Darla is still looking for a home 🩷

Darla is just the sweetest most precious little girl 🤗 She is thriving in foster care with her foster family and fur siblings 🐶

Darla is super cute, already learning commands, gets along well with children and other doggies 🐕 and loves her walks and outings. She goes everywhere her foster family do and is very popular with the locals when she is out and about 😊

Darla would ideally fit into a home with someone home more often than not, dedicated to loving her, and giving her all the care, guidance and training a puppy needs to be the best dog she can be. A home with another dog that Darla can learn from & grow with would be just perfect! 👌

Darla was extremely shut down and wary of new people when she was first rescued, but with love, time and patience she has come out of her shell. She’s learning to be around people and other doggies and everyone that meets her just wants to give her a big hug 🥰

Enzo is a strikingly handsome 4 year old Rottweiler ❤️ He is loving and loyal and will make a wonderful addition to the right family.

Despite having a challenging start to life, being found on the street at as a stray in an awful condition, Enzo's journey has been one of resilience and perseverance! 💛

He has received expert training with Bear The Dog Behaviourist and is continuing this training in his foster home 👍 Enzo is highly intelligent and incredibly food-motivated, which is a huge asset for his continued training and bonding.

This training has also provided him with structure, helping him navigate his nervousness around new situations and people with more confidence. With slow and structured introductions, Enzo's endearing personality truly shines through 😊 He is a love bug once he is comfortable with you 🥰

For Enzo, the perfect home would be one with an experienced owner who can offer patience, care, and love, as well as a routine. He needs someone willing to invest time in his ongoing training while offering him the comfort and security of a stable, supportive environment 🙏

He also has the potential to live harmoniously with another dog, so long as a meet and greet ensures compatibility 🐾 He is currently happily living with his Poodle foster sister Mimi 🩷
