Tom Quilty 24 Wirrina Cove SA wrap up
So proud of Khan Sadyk and Garonne Park Xcite for doing so well in their first Quilties.
Sadyk came in 5th heavyweight and presented for Best Conditioned, also making him the 3rd generation of successful Quilty stallions (Tora Sardeeka, Chip Chase Sadaqa).
Nicole Kernot and Xcite’s first buckle was achieved by coming in 14th middleweight.
Both coming over the line overall 30th out 131 horses
Both horses are thriving in their Peter Horobin Saddlery StrideFree saddles.
Huge thank you to the organisers and everyone involved in putting together the event with a tough but spectacular track and to NSW Endurance for Sadyk’s 5th HWT rug.
And thanks to Kylie Berg for strapping and keeping us fed all week

What an amazing comeback for Shahzada.
Khan Sadyk, Garonne Park Xcite, and Nicole Kernot all tried out these stunning tracks for the first time and successfully completed the Mini Marathon (120km). Hopefully we’ll be back for the 400km next year!
Huge thanks to the committee/ride organisers and volunteers that made an enormous effort to get this unique ride back up and running. Everybody was so happy to be back in the Shahzada atmosphere.
Although Kylie Berg couldn’t make it in person, she sent us along with pre-cooked food for the entire week - thank you.
Can’t wait to see more of the professional photos from out on the tracks.

VIC State Champs at Eldorado
Very proud of the team with Khan Sadyk, Garonne Park Xcite, and Nicole all smashing out their first 160km like champions
It’s so good when all the hard work pays off, finally getting to do my first 160km in 9 years
Both horses went amazingly all day and still keen right up until the end in their Peter Horobin SaddleryStrideFree Flyers
Thanks to all the volunteers, vets, and ride organisers for running a fantastic event, everyone who helped in strapping, Dixon Smith Equestrian for sponsoring the vouchers we achieved and the biggest thanks to Kylie Berg for staying up all night strapping, feeding us, and doing all the stuff she wasn’t supposed to be doing

NSW State Champs at Scenic City 🏙️
In his first open ride, Khan Sadyk took out 2nd Heavyweight and Best Conditioned in the 80km, finishing with the lowest heart rate out of all the horses.
Garonne Park Xcite and Nicole gave another solid completion, coming 6th Middleweight.
Both horses heroically braved the flying mountain bikes and urban obstacles through the technical Canberra course to come out still feeling and looking fantastic after completing.
Sadyk was in the Stride-Free half-breed and Xcite in the Stride-Free Flyer, wonderfully crafted by Peter Horobin Saddlery.
As always, thank you to super strapper Kylie Berg for keeping our bellies full and our faces smiling.

Khan Sadyk has officially upgraded to endurance horse status at the fantastic Toongabbie ride on the weekend. He smashed out the technical 82km ride with straight A’s and having the lowest average heart rate for the whole ride.
Garonne Park Xcite and Nicole Kernot also had another solid competition.
Thanks to Peter Horobin Saddlery for saddles that both of the horses love, to the ride organisers for a smooth event and excellently marked track, and of course super strapper/co driver/chef Kylie Berg for spending Mothers Day looking after us

Fantastic weekend at Burrumbuttock ER
Very proud of the horses going brilliantly all day in the tough and hot conditions.
Myself and Garonne Park Xcite were 1st heavyweight and BC in the 100km.
Unfortunately it wasn’t Nicole and Bullio Panda’s day in the end but both went so well for their first 100km ride.
Both horses and humans very happy with their Peter Horobin Saddlery Flyers.
A big thanks to Ben for doing a great job breaking and riding Bullio Frenchie around her first 40km ride for me.

So excited to announce my sponsorship with Peter Horobin Saddlery
Huge thank you to Peter for delivering and fitting two custom saddles this week. It’s been such a pleasure working and designing with you and they have come out amazingly. They have had a good test out this weekend and didn’t disappoint, they’re wonderful to ride in and the horses are moving fantastic in the StrideFree trees. A great surprise to come home to after SA state champs. The last foal for the season, a filly out of Razorback Phoebe (Razorback Wings On Fire x Parlour Mountain Anna) by Tonki Dee Boo Eike (Elphyn Comet x Elphyn Sarossa).
Huge thanks to Bullio Razorback for letting me buy Phoebe and breed her to Eike.
Can’t wait to see her grow up combining the blood of Chip Chase Sadaqa, Elphyn Comet, Diablo, and Aethon.

Back home after an amazing trip over to the SA State champs at Wirrina Cove
Khan Sadyk completed his second 80km and Garonne Park Xcite and Nicole had another solid completion
Both horses with straights A’s and great recoveries on a challenging track

Second foal for the season born last night
Another filly by Khan Sadyk (Tora Sardeeka x Kenar) out of Madgwick Rashaqa
So happy with what Sadyk is producing so far and can’t wait to see them grow
