Our products are available for worldwide shipping however please be aware we have no control over shipping times and international shipping usually takes a MINIMUM of approximately 2 weeks from date of postage.

If you require your products in a hurry please select express shipping. Please don’t select standard post and expect it to be sent via express postage. We can only send your items by the postage method you select at checkout.

Our processing time is 2-6 business days the following is Australia posts shipping times.

How to prepare your horse for clipping:

1. Wash your horse well with a good quality horse shampoo

2. While your horse is being washed ensure you get down to their skin to remove all dead hair and dirt (this is essential for a clean clip)
(Clean Horse = Clean Clip)

3. Rinse out all the shampoo and ensure your horse is completely dry

4. If you are washing the day before their clip ensure they are rugged with a clean rug before turnout.
If you are washing the same day before their clip ensure they are dry and ready to go before your appointment time

5. If they were washed the day before ensure they have had a good curry combing prior to their appointment

Please do not wash your horse and then ride it before it’s clip as this will result in dirt and sweat in their coat.

If due to weather conditions you are unable to bath your horse prior to their clip ensure they have had a deep clean with a curry comb to ensure the dirt and sweat is out of their skin and remember just because they look clean it doesn’t mean their skin is clean particularly if they have a long or thick coat.

We can provide your horse with a bath prior to their clip however we need to know you would like this at time of booking. If we arrive and your horse is not clean and not booked in for a pre clipping bath we won’t be able to provide you with your clip.
