We have had Houston in training for a few months now.
I’m getting a good feel for him soft easygoing gelding.

I have had him in a shank bit for a couple of months.
Handling it very well, guiding of his neck easily.
Whether during reining maneuvers or working a cow.
He is very cowy, boxing or down the fence.
He has a big stop and spins, easy lead changer.
We will be entering him in some Cowhorse shows in future until sold.

Our next clinic will be held the 26th and 27th of October in Tamworth. We will offer 1 hour time slots from 8 to 5 Saturday and Sunday. 100 per lesson slot and riders are welcome to do multiple per day

What a fun day at the Ranch Horse Association of Australia Inc 2024 National show.

Donnie had a good ride on Jacs Lil Dove in the All age Ranch Cow work finishing 4th. The mare then went to winning the National Champion title in the Masters division of the limited ranch cowwork with owner Dawn O’Reilly!! Awesome job Dawn🥰 Maria had a good day on Drift with a nice little run in the ranch reining and placing 4th in the ranch trail. Barry and Billy also hit a personal best with their score in the ranch reining winning the National title for the masters division🎉 Thank you to everyone who helped put this show together!

We have been waiting a long time for the ground to dry out and pack before putting in a base.
Finished up all of the water drains, then it started.
Our new road base!
Won’t be long it’ll be up and going!!!

Today was the day!! Arena has been cut in, 45x 90!!! Water it in, let it weather for a couple of weeks. Then put in a base, water and roll it down. Can’t wait to ride on it! Just got it finished up and it rained a few mil’s. Good start
