WE ARE BACK!

After more than a year away - reconnecting, grounding, having some time out - the horses and I are ready to resume helping others to do the same (reconnecting, grounding, and having some of your own time out!)

We have relocated to the Bega Valley, where we primarily practice from the serene bushland of Tanja, or nearby Kalaru.

I have had requests to run sessions in the Moruya area again - which I would LOVE to do. However I do need a few more sessions booked in to make the trip viable.

Equine Assisted Therapy is ground based (non ridden) for anyone feeling the need to slow down, re-gain clarity and control, and reconnect to self and others.

We have seen huge benefits for children of all ages learning and strengthening emotional literacy and regulation, physical and emotional empowerment and self esteem and self worth.

Working with horses is also a recognised therapeutic aid for people living with ASD, anxiety and depression.

For those who just need some time out, one on one sessions focussing on connection between you and a horse, allowing space for self reflection and growth in a safe, controlled and confidential environment.

Individual sessions normally run from between 45 mins to 1.5 hours (depending on client needs). Group or family sessions can be arranged.

Hello Everyone,
During this time of high stress and madness it is more important than ever to stay connected to ourselves, those around us, and nature.
I would like to offer a program developed by Ulla Fredrikson and the team at the Sundance Centre in Michigan, US - a Herd Meditation.
The Herd meditation was inspired by our need to be part of the solution to the confusion and devastation of current events.
This is a safe, outdoor, guided meditation, overlooked and enhanced by the 4 legged team (Kurio and Billie). It is totally up to you whether you engage with the horses or not, or simply wish to feel grounded, calm, understood and surrounded by support in nature.
There is no charge for the herd meditation, it is simply my way of giving back to this beautiful community.
