Although I’m not longer training horses I am selling one of my own who has recently been broken in by Corinne Anderson.

& still performing Novice mare.

“Shaka” is beautiful natured gelding who has been recently broken in by Corinne Anderson. He has has had roughly 25 rides and the below video depicts exactly what he is. A quiet, well broken, exposed young horse who is ready to move into his next stage of life. He is super quiet on the ground and easy to do everything with; trim, float, rug, wash and so forth. A great type who still has plenty of growing to do and will excel in any discipline. Naturally balanced, wants to please, and enjoys being fussed over. A very sad and regrettable sale as I have moved more towards cutting and would prefer a full blood QH to suit. Shaka has now completed his breaking in program and has been put out for a well deserved little break, ready for someone to continue on with.

Today I said goodbye to the coolest little horse I’ve had the privilege of owning.

From the day I brought him home he proved to be the coolest, quietist, cheeky, most talented boy I’ve ever known. Knowing he’s going to most beautiful home where he is going to be loved, ridden and appreciated makes me feel a hell of a lot better.

Thanks for the ride Bachy, you’re one in a million.

Some friends of ours have advertised this beautiful Filly for sale. I had the pleasure of training Willow as a 2 year old and had great success in her young horse challenges.

A little late with the post but last weekend we attended one of the best little challenges! Glenarthon Stockmans Challenge!
Jack competed in his first ever challenge with CTK Cricket and Wirraway General and smashed it.

Urbenville Campdraft! What a fantastic weekend with a great bunch of friends. An absolutely stunning drive, beautiful cattle and even better scenery.
A very successful weekend!

Jack and CTK Cricket so deservingly brought home the win in the Allen Mulcahy Memorial Open with a huge 91 and 90. So proud of them.

We cannot thank the cattle donors, committee, sponsors and judges enough for such a great weekend and we cannot wait to come back next year.

Our new location 20 minutes south of Beaudesert has beautiful facilities including cattle rail paddocks, sand arena, round yard, mechanical cow’s and more. We can offer training within showing, challenge and campdrafting disciplines.

Not the successful week that we had hoped for.

But we couldn’t be happier with how this little guy went in both his patterns! Couldn’t fault him and he continues to show what a serious, competitive horse he’s going to be in the coming years. Handled the atmosphere like a champ and can’t wait to be out back showing him.

Can’t thank Josh Knight and Rhi Fischer for everything they’ve done and continue to do for both us and our ponies. 🐴🫶🏼

Super fun day at Beaudesert Cutting Club on Sunday. 2 horses in the snafflebit. Both horses missing out on a place by under a point. Blondies first show and handled it like a champ!

We’ve been a little quiet lately.

Taking a little break from training and sale horses and been trying to get to a few of our local drafts.

As we say goodbye to CedarGrove Conchetta who has been with us for 14 months, we are putting feelers out for any horses people are looking to have campaigned throughout 2023 Campdraft season.

As some of you may know I’ve been struggling with a broken foot, surgery, didn’t heal correct and just on Wednesday second round of surgery. I’ll be back up and at it in a few weeks, but in the mean time lucky there’s something worth watching on TV. ⬇️ Greatest Show On Horse 🐴💰

Sometimes we are so hesitant about taking breeds besides the “normal” cowhorses. ⬇️ Sampson is a 12 year old TB came in for some training on cows; not going to lie I was a little worried. First ride today and he was absolutely beautiful. Probably should never underestimate. 🐴🖤

Boys will be boys. 🤣😂
