Unfortunately due to my uni and work commitments, Beau is up for sale. A very tough decision, as he’s the first horse I have owned myself and I adore him, but he deserves much more than to sit around wasting in the paddock. 🥺
Beau (Quick Exit) is a 13 year old OTTB gelding by Youthful Legs out of Sutton Manor (Beautiful Crown). He’s a lovely, friendly big boy, is super nice to ride, good with other horses and good to handle. I’m sure he will make someone very happy! ❤️

Beau has a soft mouth, lovely gaits and loads of potential for showing/dressage or PC allrounder. Done a little bit of everything. Been to PC, beach, trails. Good to C/F/S/W.

Nova’s first ever outing under saddle was Pony Club training today. So pleased with how well she handled everything. Best baby horse in the whole world with a very bright future ahead 🫶🏼

Decided to keep this one a secret until she hit the ground… didn’t want to jinx it after 4 years of trying to get Ginny in foal. Welcome to the world Wywurriee Crown Jubilee (pending), AKA Juno. Beautiful, big brown/bay tobiano filly out of Sutton Manor (TB) (Cashell x Beautiful Crown), sired by Shannon Vale Jacko (ASH) (Shannon Vale Trixie x Ela Kookaburra) of Shannon Vale Stock Horses. Born at around 9:30pm on 1/1/2023. Pinching myself, she’s perfect and EXACTLY what I predicted for this pairing in terms of colour, markings and gender, down to a tee! Unfortunately she has contracted tendons in her back legs, but we have spoken to vets and have had her looked at and treated with oxytetracycline today. Will keep her in a small yard, keep a close eye on her and treat as necessary. The vets are confident she will be perfectly fine. So happy to finally have a Ginny foal on the ground, a maternal half sibling to my TB, Quick Exit (Beau), and paternal half sibling to my late c**t, Colouration (Marbles). Excited to watch her grow up 💖

Welcome to the world Wywurriee Radiation (pending) AKA Elia. Beautiful, strong and healthy bay filly out of Wywurriee Federation (Brown Molly x Brown Peter), sired by Cairncross Harvest (Nuniong Astaria x Scotts Repeat) of CedarLodge Stockhorses. Born at 1:11AM on 3/12/2022, exactly 11 months gestation. Absolutely over the moon with this filly, she’s perfect. So excited to watch her unfold over the next few days and grow up over the years 💚

A big day for Nova as she debuted at Wallamba District Show. So impressed with how she handled the day! Lots of unfamiliar sounds, smells, sights, experiences and horses and she took it all in her stride.

RESULTS:
- 1st led Pinto filly
- 2nd led Arabian derivative filly
- 2nd best presented Pinto
- 2nd best marked Pinto
- CHAMPION LED PINTO MARE/FILLY

Makes me even more excited to have her broken in at the end of the year… I think this one has a bright future ahead 🤩

14 day positive pregnancy scan today!
CAIRNCROSS HARVEST (Scotts Repeat x Nuniong Astaria) x WYWURRIEE FEDERATION (Brown Peter x Brown Molly). Foal will be eligible for Heritage Stock Horse status upon registration.

So excited to see what this pairing produces. This will be Federation’s final foal, so keeping my hopes high for a filly (and better yet, with a fancy dilute colour). But a healthy mare and foal at the end of it all is the most important thing. Will be booking a second scan for around the 30 day mark to make sure everything is still going well and we still have a baby on board. Fingers crossed!

Due date is December 10th, 2022, but safe zone for birth is from November 19th onwards.

Thank you to Mary (CedarLodge Stockhorses) for the opportunity to breed Fed to the lovely Harvey! And for looking after her and foal at foot during the romantic holiday 😉

Happy 2nd birthday to Nova! 🥳🤍 Feels like yesterday that she was a tiny little foal. Crazy how quickly the time has gone and to think she’s a big sister to Marbles now.
These photos are from the start of October, so not 100% up to date and she is looking very scruffy. When she’s home from her turnout at Bretti, I’ll be sure to get lots of new photos (and cut that long mane 😅)

Introducing ‘Wywurriee Colouration’ AKA Marbles. Gorgeous tobiano (I believe black or smoky black, will be colour tested in the following weeks) c**t out of ‘Wywurriee Federation’ (Brown Molly x Brown Peter), sired by ‘Shannon Vale Jacko’ (Shannon Vale Trixie x Ela Kookaburra) of Shannon Vale Stock Horses. Born at around 5:00AM on 16/10/2021 at 353 days (nearly 2 weeks overdue). I did a check on Fed at 4:30 this morning and then came out to check again at 6:00 and there he was, already standing up and suckling. Both Feddy and Marbles are doing well. Extremely excited for this little guy’s future! He is just perfect. Pretty much everything I could have hoped for! Although I was hoping for a filly, I cannot complain when I have colour like that and a healthy, happy bub and mumma!

We’ve made it to day 301! 40 days until Federation’s predicted due date (October 4th) and 19 days until the ‘safe zone’. Fed is in foal to Shannon Vale Jacko - HSH (Shannon Vale Trixie x Ela Kookaburra).
Video from a few days ago of a nice big kick.

The foal will only be able to be registered as 2nd cross as the sire is not ‘sire registered’, but otherwise would be eligible HSH.

Super excited for Wywurriee Federation’s upcoming foal by Shannon Vale Jacko - HSH (Shannon Vale Trixie x Ela Kookaburra) due October 4th.
Hope the filly fairy comes to visit again and fingers crossed for some cool markings and colour!
Federation is a smoky black so has a 50% chance of producing a dilute and Jacko is heterozygous tobiano so 50% chance of producing a tobiano foal.
Granddad (Tom) is placing bets on a bay c**t with two white feet, and I’m keeping my hopes up for a buckskin tobiano filly.
