🐾Position: Junior Veterinary Nurse 🐾

Responsibilities 🐈:
• Assisting our Vet Nurse staff in their duties and contributing to the smooth functioning of our hospital.
• Providing compassionate care to animals before, during, and after treatments
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of kennels and treatment areas as well as the hospital as a whole
• Engaging with clients, assisting with reception duties and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to both pets and their owners
Requirements:
• Genuine love for animals and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
• Certificate 3 or enrolled in Certificate 4 Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
• Keen learner. Willingness to learn and develop new skills under the guidance of experienced veterinary professionals
• Flexibility to work varying hours to cover staff leave and busy days, including availability for weekend work
• Reliability
• Keen to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and takes pride in own work
• Previous experience in a veterinary setting is a plus but not mandatory
• Driver’s license
