This is One of our clients picking up up 34 round bales of lucerne and 2 bale baron packs of prime lucerne.

We have been sending hay this way and that way all week! ↔️
If you saw a truck on the road in the past few days with hay on the back, there is a high chance it came from our farm 👍
It fills my heart with pride knowing that grass that has been grown on our farms, in our paddocks are filling the stomachs of animals all over Aus 💙🇦🇺

Anthony is working right along side his dad and uncle as he checks the straps on a truck load of oaten hay that is heading out for delivery 👍🚚
It’s great seeing his passion for tractors, trucks and loading hay at such a young age. He’s very enthusiastic to be amongst all the action 🚜
He can’t contain his smile when he’s out on the farm with us and we love having him along for the ride 😊

It was a team effort to get this load of lucerne small squares on the road. 40 bale baron packs of lucerne (840 small square bales) What a beautiful sight to see 🤝🚛
This truck is heading down south to supply hay to clients where it’s needed most📍🗺️

We get asked this question a lot
“Hey guys, how heavy are the small squares and what length are they?” 🤷
So let me explain how we do things here 👩‍🏫
We are pushing the limits, one bale at a time! Our hay bales pack a punch, weighing in heavier than the average, and when those strings are cut, watch out for the length!
Quality, quantity, and a little extra oomph packed into every bale.
You might be wondering how are we doing it, let me tell you more 🤔
The average bale is 18-25kgs, however, when we bale we compress the bales more than normal to get an extra few kgs in each bale, we average between 26-30kgs, this make the strings tighter, the bales are more solid to stack and there is even more hay in each bale for your animals. Thats extra value! ⚖️
We use a bale baron stick to make sure each bale is 35 inches (about 90cms) when the strings are on the bales.
Once those string have been cut and removed you’ll notice the bale expand as it decompresses and lengthens even more 📏

It’s getting busy here!
Clarke has just finished loading one client and is now working on strapping another clients hay down 🤠
We are getting a lot of orders for lucerne round bales and small squares now that the ground is drying up 📲

The cereal crops are absolutely loving the wet weather over the past 24 hours 🌧️ 🌾
We have had over 11mm so far, this picture was taken on Friday, the day before the rain came. I can’t wait to see how they soak up this drop of rain and grow. Every year we watch the seeds germinate into thriving crops then wait for them to grow higher than the top wire of the fences that surround the paddocks 🌱 ⬆️
I hope your area was fortunate to get the showers over the weekend too 🙏
