Minna Murrah Bull Arabs bred and used for hunting of feral pigs, located on the Northern Tablelands in Tenterfield NSW owned by Brendan Minns. If hunting offends you please leave and unlike the page. I have hunted with and bred Bull Arabs for 12+years now using a range of different dogs and lines. I don't claim to have started the breed from scratch, but have crossed a mixture of Greg Collie, Bria
n Neal and Warrego lines to get what I am quite happy with at the moment. So I thank the before mentioned breeders for their hard work in the making of this breed. My first Bull Arab was "Diesel" a Greg Collie bred dog that was an unreal pigdog and companion. He started early and never looked back but unfortunately lived a short life and whilst owning him I was sold on the 'Arabs'. From there I owned another Collie line dog "Fruitbat' and then a Neal line bitch "Suzie" where I bred my first litter of pups. Out of that litter my now retired veterans Clap and Errol were born. Between then and now I have owned a variety of cross bred dogs including Wolfhound, Staghound, Mastiff, Ridgeback and Great Dane Crosses, Kelpies and Catahoulas but none had the hunting ability of the Bull Arabs in my opinion. The dogs I own and have bred show great working ability and have adapted to any hunting conditions. They have a high prey drive and excellent finding ability from mid to long range. The country I hunt is mainly scrubby/timbered mountains but also have had great success out west on grassed flats and crops. Hunting also in the NT and Cape York catching plenty of good boars. Depending on the time I may have pups on the way or on the ground and also started dogs for sale. We are still in the process of finalising the registration of some dogs with the Australian Bull Arab Registry but it all should be completed in the near future. Pups come vet checked, fully wormed, vaccinated and microchipped.
