Swan was purchased by me to breed future ponies for my grandchildren in 2022. Kayla Lenehan broke her in and gave her a super start in her education getting her out and about. She was put in foal to our stallion and ridden on a little - she had a solid 6 months ridden education. Swan is a delight and an easy mare to do everything with and foaled her first foal to our stallion Nov 23.

Casterton P & A Show was another fun event. DJ had a cruisy day Sat as Cheryl forgot to enter him in any events. On all accounts Heidi and Poppy did a bit of bonding. Sunday horses did miss some classes but couple minor placings by DJ and Bubble paid for Kayla’s McDonalds on way home. Thankyou to all organisers and Sponsors- beautiful place to camp.

Fun 4 days away with 18 rounds and jumps offs over great courses and grounds. All improved so much for the experience. Much thanks to Sponsorship and especially the RH Clezy Memorial Class - Mrs E Hodges and family of which Kayla and DJ placed 2nd. Only forgot Fred’s bridle but he jumped super in a snaffle so was a bonus. Bubble also placed in the Open 95 and did clears in the 90 and 1mtr. Hunter took it all in his stride as a lot for him to look at and think about first time at event. Rider maybe not feeling the Fun 🤩 today. Thanks Rory at home and 🐼 best strapper for the weekend.

Hunter having his first xrail session. I did miss his first xrail moment and it had a lot of air which rider stuck very well. He got better and ended popping around in a little canter.

Fun weekend took two to Camperdown P and A Show Saturday for some rounds of Showjumping and getting Bubble out and about more. DJ gave the birthday girl $100 for 3rd in the 1.20 and Bubble had a 1mtr clear round but 2 rails in jump off, but was chilled and relaxed in a busy environment. Today Kayla had a quiet day working the two homebreds 8 yo Fred Connemara Sporthorse and 5 yo Hunter the Warmblood Connemara Sporthorse by Wild Kard out of Clover Rose. Most impressed with Hunter who is a very quiet and giving horse. Kayla is looking forward to showjumping and working on her dressage for summer and back into eventing in new year. Thankyou to Camperdown P and A Show Society who put on a great ring of Showjumping.

For consideration.
Clover Devine thyme AKA ‘Bubble ‘, is a 2014 Connemara x tb Mare, standing at 15.1. Not officially measured.
Bubble is a sharp mare who excels in the showjumping ring, confidently jumping 90cm-1m. She has attended clinics, jump training days and a handful of competitions.
She has not been in a pony club environment, so I do not think she will suit as a pony club mount. For her age her outings are basically limited due to other commitments.
Bubble has excellent ground manners, she is easy to float, shoe, wash and clip.
However, to ride she does have some quirks. She will only suit a confident rider who is patient and soft. She is forward jumping but can be spooky. She can get anxious when out, but often in the ring this goes away and she’s on the job. We have found she is less anxious when she travels alone. Although she is confident showjumping we have schooled her x country and found she gets quite worried out in the open. For this reason she will not suit as an eventer.
Even with her few quirks, she can be ridden once in a blue moon or everyday and she is the same to ride so is not a horse that needs hours of work everyday.
She is a nice type with good breeding, so we will also consider selling her as a broodmare.

Very genuine reason for sale, with a young family and other young horses to bring along. Video footage is available on request.

Fun Day out with Bubble for some training rounds. Hunter broken a year ago and has been well handled but now starting his ridden education and is easy and chilled about it all. Jasper the purebred connemara c**t 9months (ball of fluff) has been weaned and having some handling. Our little Heidi turned six months and she gives us lots of joy and laughs.

Hunter 4yo Connemara Sporthorse - a bit different from any others bred here. Out of a Celtic Basil daughter (Connemara/TB) Sire Wild Kard (Warmblood) hes a well handled,relaxed fellow thats still got a bit of filling out and growing to do.
