Trained by one of Australia most recognised " Master groomers " in the dog grooming industry , we have invested extensive time and money making sure we know just what your dog's needs are. We have made the hard decision to close our books for any new clients for 2023. At this stage, we can only book in our regular clients due to other work commitments and reducing our grooming hours.

🚨 AUSTRALIA WIDE SHORTAGE OF PARALYSIS TICK ANTI-VENOM 🚨
‼️ There is limited supply of paralysis tick anti-venom affecting all of Australia ‼️

WHY IS THIS BAD?
📍If the supply runs out, veterinary clinics across Australia will have no treatment option for dogs and cats affected by tick paralysis.
📍Without immediate treatment, tick paralysis is often deadly.

WHY IS THERE A SHORTAGE?
📍Due to recent closure of one of the suppliers for tick anti-venom, there is now only 1 laboratory that makes tick anti-venom for all of Australia.
📍The laboratory requires ticks to make it and due to recent flooding in NSW, this is impacting their access and supply.
📍We are experiencing a bad tick season due to recent wet weather events.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
📍We urge all owners of dogs and cats to use a preventative tick product. We have numerous options available including tablets, spot ons and tick collars. Prevention is a must for any dog or cat living on the East Coast of Australia.
📍Prevention is far better than treatment, and much cheaper too!

SIGNS OF TICK PARALYSIS
📍Change of voice / loss of bark
📍Weakness and/or paralysis in the hind limbs
📍Breathing difficulty
📍Vomiting or retching
