I had the pleasure of being joined at the aga care home Kabara in Cooroy by my friend Alan Blair and Nitro a 15 month old black German Shepherd.
I must say it’s a privilege to meet so many families that come to visit their loved ones, and to be involved in such a personal journey that they are going thru.
Alan and Nitro were part of the visit this week and were very well received..
We had a great visit this week.
We look forward to our next visit.
The smiles on their faces says it all.
I must add it’s Very important that dogs that enter these facilities are very well trained to interact with the residents safely and calmly.

Two years ago to the day I was diagnosed with throat cancer.
With the help of the AdemCrosby Centre and a very supportive family and group of friends I’m out the other side for now and with help of ongoing specialist checkups.
I must say surviving the intense radiation 5 days a week for 7 weeks wasn’t easy.
But I’ve managed to regain some of the weight I lost.
If you or someone you know is going thru cancer the support of your family and friends is so very important to your mental health and wellbeing.

Thank you for your suggestions regarding a groomer for Ty .
Ty went to Coastal pups dog grooming.
Being part of the team at Wunderdogs Noosaville I was very confident I had made the right decision.
I wasn’t disappointed .
Thank you

Alice has done a great job with Axcel’s training but
after a health battle she had lost confidence with Axel her German Shepherd.
Axel had taken over the walks and decided to protect mum when they were out and about.
This was making her and his walks quite uncomfortable.
After a couple of hours on Gympie Terrace confidence was restored and both Alice and Axcel were once again working together.
Well done to both of you.

Thank you Emma from
