I'm Melissa and Miss Pop-Ins Pet & Personal Concierge is my business.
I love providing loving care to my client’s pets in the comfort of their familiar surroundings.
Miss Pop-Ins is a Redland City-based business and I provide my pet sitting services to clients in Redland, South Eastern suburbs of Brisbane and Logan, plus other SE QLD areas on request. Please contact me to discuss your in-home pet sitting needs.
Your pets stay relaxed and anxiety-free when surrounded by the familiar sights, smells and sounds of their home environment, plus they get love, cuddles and playtime with one of our team. As Pet Parent, you can relax knowing your furry friend(s) are safe and secure at home and your property is being monitored at least daily while you're away.
I formed Miss Pop-Ins in 2016 after work 15+ years working as a corporate Safety Manager and professional Safety Consultant. Miss Pop-Ins services are based on my own experiences of travelling around Australia and internationally for business and pleasure. I understand the challenges you face when regularly moving your pets in and out of boarding facilities.
I have lifelong experience of caring for my own pets as well as others. Miss Pop-Ins was formed to deliver my vision of loving, premium and professional in-home pet care services to my clients and their pets, so they know that their pets and property are in safe hands.
As a Solo entrepreneur, I utilise safety and security procedures that ensure that your privacy and confidentiality are maintained and that your pet will never be left alone or unattended in the event of accident or illness to me while caring for your pets.
Miss Pop-Ins is a registered business and carries public liability insurance. I will always be able to provide current National Police Certificates, personal references and am trained in Pet First Aid. Unauthorised persons are never brought to a client’s property. Any Sub-Contractors I utilise are fully vetted to my standard (National Police Checked and Client & Personal references checked) and are never used for bookings without informing my client in advance and with the client’s approval.
