It’s been almost a year since we opened our business in April of 2023 and we would like to say a huge thank you to all our amazing clients who have entrusted us with their precious pooches.

We are absolutely delighted to have developed such a large client base and have so many dogs on repeat schedules to maintain their coats. Due to such a high demand we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our books to new clients in order to ensure all our existing clients can access our services.

We hope to reopen to new clients within a few months and will be sure to keep you all updated.

ATTENTION new and existing customers!

Please take the time to read through our new terms and conditions prior to your next appointment.

NEW POLICIES
JANUARY 2024

• We ask that any changes or cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee, this gives us time to fill that appointment.

• If you NO SHOW on the day of your appointment the Full cost of your grooming appointment will be charged.
Any future appointments that you have made will be cancelled until you have contacted us and paid in full

• Repeat no-show 'offenders' will need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking their next appointment.

• We ask that all customers please pick up your dog(s) within 30 minutes of receiving a text message that your dog is ready. Late pick-ups will now attract a fee of $15.00 per 15 mins. Being a home salon, I cannot hold pets due to council regulations, neighbourhood noise and solo staffing.

• Each service now has a set duration (contact us for more details). Appointments that exceed/require additional time will be charged an hourly fee of $50.00/hr.

It is unfortunate to have to implement these policies, but due to the increasing amount of unconfirmed, no shows and late cancellation of appointments, I have been left with no alternative.
