As 2025 is finally here, I wanted to share a few updates about my grooming services:
1. From 6th January 2025, my hourly rate will increase from $75 to $80 per hour due to the rising cost of living.
2. I’ll be taking a much-needed break from 10th February to 9th March to focus on my studies and for other personal reasons. During this time, I will not be taking any bookings or responding to any appointment messages. Please plan ahead if your dog will need grooming before or after this period.
3. As my business has grown significantly and I also work multiple days per week at the vet clinic, my availability is limited. I would strongly advise that you book your appointment weeks in advance to avoid missing out.
4. Moving forward, I will require all clients to sign a consent form at the time of their appointment. This form will outline the estimated time for your dog’s groom on the day and allow you to indicate whether I have permission to exceed the estimated time if necessary. The time it takes to groom double-coated breeds depends on coat condition and their behaviour on the day.
5. Parking Reminder: Preferred parking is on the nature strip or the road out the front. If you do need to park in the driveway, please pull up as close as possible to the garage door so that my back neighbours can access their units freely. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
