As 2025 is finally here, I wanted to share a few updates about my grooming services:

1. From 6th January 2025, my hourly rate will increase from $75 to $80 per hour due to the rising cost of living.

2. I’ll be taking a much-needed break from 10th February to 9th March to focus on my studies and for other personal reasons. During this time, I will not be taking any bookings or responding to any appointment messages. Please plan ahead if your dog will need grooming before or after this period.

3. As my business has grown significantly and I also work multiple days per week at the vet clinic, my availability is limited. I would strongly advise that you book your appointment weeks in advance to avoid missing out.

4. Moving forward, I will require all clients to sign a consent form at the time of their appointment. This form will outline the estimated time for your dog’s groom on the day and allow you to indicate whether I have permission to exceed the estimated time if necessary. The time it takes to groom double-coated breeds depends on coat condition and their behaviour on the day.

5. Parking Reminder: Preferred parking is on the nature strip or the road out the front. If you do need to park in the driveway, please pull up as close as possible to the garage door so that my back neighbours can access their units freely. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Finally, I want to say thank you to all my clients for supporting my small business. Your loyalty and trust mean the world to me, and I’m so grateful to care for your beautiful dogs.

🎄✨ Attention to all my lovely clients! ✨🎄

With Christmas just around the corner, my grooming days are filling up quickly! If you haven’t already, now is the time to secure your spot for your dog’s holiday groom.

🗓 I am available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but spots are very limited as we approach the festive season.
🐾 Current clients—please book soon to avoid missing out!
🐕 I am accepting limited new clients for double-coated breeds only (e.g., Samoyeds, Huskies, Golden Retrievers, and German Shepherds).

💇‍♀️ Just a reminder that I do not offer clipping services.
🛁 My grooms are $75 per hour, with the time depending on your dog’s coat condition and behaviour.

🎅 My last working day before Christmas will be Monday, 23rd December, and I’ll be back from 13th January.

💸 Please note: Due to rising product costs, my grooming rate will increase to $80 per hour starting from 13th of January.
