Beautiful Sweet Lushy Girl gained the final points she needed for her title this morning under judge Mrs Beverley A Tophill.
(She was a wonderful judge who gave us the time afterwards for a great chat emparting some of her knowledge and experience 💓 I felt privileged for Lush to gain her title Under her.)
She gained these points through a Best of breed.. It didn’t stop there though as lush wanted to go out in style.. with a

🎉 25 point BEST IN GROUP 🎉

I am so over the moon, what a way to finish her title!!

Well we spent yesterday out trying some retrieving with United Field & Retrieving and of course Get Woof'd Cass couldn’t stay away with beautiful V***n either 😝 Turns out dogs that sniff together, retrieve together!
And in true Ollie form he came away with a 3rd place in the mock trial and left v***n some precious ear kisses while he was at it 🤣 he’s a schmoozer 💋

Just about to hit 7.5 months. 🥹😍
I was expecting more puppy uglies currently but there’s always time 🤣

Adelaide is currently training in scent work to get out next year and compete.
She also had a try at retrieving the other night and baby girl is a natural (so she should be, retriever and everything 😝) So we’re excited to continue learning the ropes to see what she can do in this space 😍

For the first time a Scent work competition was held at the Ekka (thank you so much to everyone involved it was an incredible day)

Ollie came away with a 1ST 🥇
in Advanced Exteriors

And a 3RD 🥉
in Advanced vehicles

He’s such a special boy and he loves everything we do, especially because he does it with his mumma by his side 💓

We managed two scent work competitions this weekend!

Saturday the GRC of Qld put on a wonderful novice comp- Ollie had only 1 element he could compete in for novice, so he did his final novice class (Exteriors) and got
3RD PLACE 😍

I think having to watch ocean go for her searches while he had to wait revved up his engine a little 🤣

Friday night we had the Sheltie club comp
Ollie competed in Advanced interiors and had a beautiful clean quick search and got his first advanced qualifier!

Ocean had her first weekend competing in scent work and managed 4/4 quallies!
We have been trying to build her confidence to new things and environments and even though she still had her moments I was so proud of her!
