🐾Torquay Animal House Vets had THE cutest little pooch in recently for desexing!
Her name was Waffles and Nurse Nyah couldn’t resist cuddling her any chance she could get! As a result, many photoshoots ensued! 🥰

Vet nursing isn’t always playing with puppies, but when it is, it sure brightens our days! 💛

Torquay Animal House Vets’ endoscopy machine has been used as part of our team’s in house diagnostic work quite a bit lately!

These images taken from our latest endoscope procedure at our hospital were very satisfying and informative for all involved.

How lucky we are at TAH to be one of very few GP clinics in Victoria to have access to such a valuable piece of equipment in our Veterinary Hospital here in Torquay.

🎉Join us in wishing one of Torquay Animal House Vets most gorgeous boys a happy belated 12th birthday! 🎁

🥰 Precious George is always so well behaved in clinic and loves to sit politely on the couch while waiting in reception. George is a Finnish Lapphund which is not a breed too often seen here, and he also shares the exact date of birth as Prince George - 22/7/13 - TAH’s George was apparently named first though! What a royal trendsetter 👑

❗️⚠️Torquay Animal House Vets and Geelong Animal Emergency clinic have seen and been treating cases of PAPP (fox bait) poisoning in dogs over these last couple of weeks.

Baits have recently been laid on the SurfCoast and owners need to be extremely vigilant when walking on beaches and in areas where baiting has occurred.

All areas are signposted, but baits can be carried and moved by wildlife, so wider caution outside of these areas is recommended. If ingested, PAPP can be fatal very quickly, so immediate veterinary attention is crucial.

❗️VICTORIAN EXCLUSIVE!❗️

Torquay Animal House Vets are immensely excited and proud to share that we are the very first veterinary clinic in Victoria to have a ground breaking new in-clinic diagnostic machine at our disposal, the inVue dx!

This beautiful new tool allows our team of veterinarians to see cells like never before, in real time, and to be able to share these images and results with owners while in clinic!

TAH’s inVue Dx machine has been up and running in our hospital for nearly a week now and while it is currently allowing our team to approach ear cytology and blood morpholgy in a whole new way in-house, excitingly, even more updates are coming in the very near future which will continue to further expand Torquay Animal House’s diagnositc tools 🙏🏻

We are so proud to be able provide our clients and patients here on the Surfcoast with the absolute highest level of animal healthcare available. Our pets deserve cutting edge medical services and TAH will always strive to continue to provide this 💛
