A couple of state titles done and dusted for 2025. The Crazy Red Head “Faith” didn’t perform to her usual self but still brought home the goods. Reserve Amateur Champion for Ranch Horse Association of Australia Inc QLD State event and Champion Amateur and Reserve Champion for Jackpot at the Australian Quarter Horse Association QLD state event.

Headed up to Burpengary Western Performance Club Inc. for their Ranch Buckle Series Show and get in some practice for the Ranch Horse Association of Australia Inc QLD State Show. Nice club, lovely members and fantastic facilities. Even came back with a nice couple of ribbons. Champion for both Intermediate and Amateur Rider on both days and overall high points for the weekend.

Grass arena side fence done. Great place to hang the Wazz-A-Cow Cutter off to train. Sand arena currently being eaten down by the locals hahah

Poor Herb (aka Spoonfulla Salt) definitely rethinking his life choices at the moment. 8 rides in and taking it all in his stride. Gotta love a gentle break, looking forward to competing on him later this year. Definitely no wonder none of our for sale horses last long.

Building a new agistment facility never comes quick when you are trying to get it perfect the first time. Front fence is coming along though with new driveway to follow.

Had a lovely meal at the bottletreehotel tonight. Great locals, great atmosphere, friendly staff, definitely heading back there. Next time we’ll know to make a reservation but proprietor was amazing and gave us a table even though they were booked.

With the little tractor left with the property we have managed to finally get the block slashed in preparation for post holes to be dig and paddocks to be fenced. Good to see the site managers are keeping an eye on progress.

And the headache begins. Pinnacle Pastures is expanding to South East Queensland. Located in Wivenhoe Pocket. Stay tuned to regular updates on the work progress from 10 overgrown acres to several manicured paddocks.
