More dog sport news:

Julie Cutts, Elliott and Finley were in Traralgon, Gippsland on 14 July for a tracking trial. The countryside was stunning - beautiful cattle property, green and lush. The roads around the paddocks not so much. It was bitterly cold with intermittent sunshine and rain. Notwithstanding,

Elliott passed his Track 6 giving him his Tracking Dog Excellent title
Finley passed her Track 3 giving her her Tracking Dog title.

Agility news

Huge congratulations to Max and Alfred on their brilliant results at Dogs Australia Agility Nationals held in Sydney over the past week.

Max and Alfred (CH. Waiwilta Here Comes The Son) were awarded the 2024 Agility National Champion for Novice Jumping 200.

What an achievement and exciting journey for their first National event. Alfred ran very well over the week, earning a number of clear runs and places to get into the finals. He was the fastest with a clear run in his level at the Finals - what a champ!

More Scent Work wins!

Andrew and Sarah (Dingo/Kelpie X) travelled to the Southern Highlands for a Scent Work Trial last weekend.

Andrew has done great work with Sarah getting her from a very shy, sensitive, alert of situations dog to the confident girl that this past weekend achieved (with Andrew as handler) her Scent Work Advanced Title.

In addition to this title she gain 2nd place in Excellent Containers and was awarded 2 Judges Choice Awards. As you can see from the photo she came home with lots of Ribbons and goodies.

Congratulations!
