Hello all! Over my time trimming I have some across many interesting cases but I seem to always forget to document them digitally! This is one of the first I have managed to follow through in documenting!

This 4 week old filly had lax tendons in her hinds so we opted to try corrective trimming her, and this is the results after 4 months! She is moving way better and has built up strength in her tendons!

Some foals need corrective trimming earlier than others, and I would highly reccomend having their first trim done at 3 months if there are no other worries that come up earlier like this filly 😁

Hello all!! With the need to upgrade vehicles comes a rise in travel costs!
Starting from Mareeba, each 100km (return trip) will now cost $30 (shared between clients)

Please be aware if I'm travelling for 1 client only the full amount is charged to that client.

I still charge $50/horse for hoof trimming
And $50 for the first hour of a training session, with 2hrs at $80.

Hello all!
My name is Abbey Chester and AC Hoof Trimming & Horsemanship is my business!
I am just starting this out as my sole business this year but have been offering my services for the last year and thought I may as well give my little business a real shot!
I offer hoof trimming, training (ground & ridden), specialised equine photography & videography.

My general prices are as follows:
$50/horse hoof trimming
$50/hour ground or ridden session (initial price) and $30/hour thereafter
Photography and videography costs can be discussed privately as there are too many to list

I am happy to do a bit of travel and will try tie people in together, but I may need to tack on a small amount towards travel to cover costs, generally $5-$10.
