*Temporary foster home needed ASAP*

Poppy and Misty’s cat dad has sadly fallen victim to the current rental crisis. He is in urgent need of a temporary home for his two female kitties.

Poppy is a 1 year old loveable, snuggly princess. She is a family friendly kitty who loves children and all other animals. She is an indoor only cat as she is not yet desexed.

Misty is a roughly 4 year old beautiful Tabby. Misty is also a family friendly kitty and enjoys the company of other animals just like Poppy. Misty is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. She is currently a bit unsettled being away from her owner so she will need lots of love and reassurance. Once she I settled she is a beautiful, happy cat.

The length of time that these two will be in care for is currently unknown. Their owner is trying his absolute hardest to find a house so he can be reunited with his fur babies as soon as possible.

Two Cutie Patootie brothers, Sebastion and Samuel are now ready to find their furever home. Both boys are young and under 2 years old.

Seb & Sam are two of the most amazing cats I have fostered. Both are affectionate, playful, curious cuties and gentle little beings. Seb, being the older brother is very protective of his younger brother Sam and can therefore be a bit cautious and wary of what's happening around him.

Sam is still very much the fearless kitten and is trusting, playful, cuddly and an absolute delight. Both of the boys are cat and dog friendly.

Both are microchipped, desexed, vaccinated and up to date on flea and working treatments.

These boys are totally bonded and must be adopted together. Seb & Sam are available for meet and greets in Pottsville at their foster mom's.

Message from FOTP President:
Hi Friends, an update on the Friends of the Pound animals,
The water is receding in Prospero Street and Tygalgah.
Five of our volunteers waded through waist deep water and went into the cattery this morning, all is well there was no water in the shop and the cats who were very grateful to see them will be fed and have their litter changed.

The dogs and farm animals at Tygalgah are safe and fed the water is receding and historically will be standing on grass by this afternoon, so there is no need to move them.

The cats at Corporation Circuit were moved upstairs when there was a evacuation order placed on South Tweed, we have three courageous volunteers going in to feed them today.

I would like to thank all of those community members for their kindness, those that kept us informed about the well being of our cats, those that offered their homes for temporary foster care, and those that would have helped if they could access the area. I know the feeling of wanting to help but feeling inadequate due to the circumstance of a flood and limited access."

EDIT: There are also 30+ foster dogs, some goats, cats and chooks at a TYGALGAH property that backs on to Rouse River. Water has risen to the veranda level where the animals are sheltering.

‼️‼️‼️ 11TH HOUR URGENTLY SEEKING FOSTER CARER ‼️‼️‼️

This is Panda. She's a 6 year old independent little miss. Panda has recently been surrendered to a pound in Northern NSW and she is running out of time to find a home. She is currently at risk of euthanasia as her due date is fast approaching. It is now the 11th hour. She requires an inside only home with no dogs. We are uncertain if she is ok to be with other cats. If you have room to take her in as a foster or to adopt please contact Vrinni on 0431 406 323 for more information

11 weeks missing
Some injuries and very hungry
Thank you to the people that took the time to feed him while he was hanging around Old Bogangar Rd ( approximately 1 month ) and finally gained his confidence to be able to trap him❤
Thank you to everyone that helped in the search for Floyd❤

Desperately seeking temporary foster carers in the Northern NSW/SE QLD area. It has recently been brought to my attention that there are 13 felines currently in a dangerous, life-threatening situation. Their current home has been attacked by a dangerous individual on numerous occasions. Their lives are now at risk and they require URGENT temporary relocation for a brief period of time. 3/10 are now safe.

They are currently located in Mudgeeraba so foster homes in Northern NSW/SE QLD would be preferable as it isn’t too far to transport. We can discuss interstate transport if need be.

If anyone has any room in their home for any of these cats for a little while please contact Vrinni on 0431 406 323 to discuss further.

Our long term resident Beetlejuice has finally found a home to call his own and how perfect that he has made a best friend to share it with. He is absolutely mesmerised by everything his little friend does and is almost always found glued to his side. I think its safe to say that beautiful little Juice-man has found where he is meant to be. 🥰

Our sweetheart Kirby & his precious little sister Kiara have found their forever home together. This adorable little duo have found themselves a home filled with love where they are both adored. Kiara, as independent and mischievous as ever, has already settled in nicely as Santa's little helper in the Christmas tree and her brother Kirby is on lookout. 😉

Happy Friday my fellow feline loving friends! After a very difficult year I am thrilled to announce that we are back!

Our first little treasure looking for her new home is none other than the little miss Manxy. Manxy is a 4 year old female Bobtail Manx which means that she was born without a tail. This chunky little ball of fluff is the funniest little creature, always down for a chat. Manxy will bring endless smiles to your face and fill your house with laughter with her hilarious personality. She is ready to find her forever home where she can love, be loved and show off her zoomies and playing skills. She loves attention and affection but she is also an independent little miss. Manxy has a few quirks so she is better suited to a home with no young children because children's loud energy can frighten her. Manxy is located in Tweed Heads.
