Europa 5yo New Zealand breed.
A mare Klaire found back in February when she was pregnant, and insisted she came to Wendllyn Park, for either breeding purposes or ridden.
Her last race September 2023, today 2nd ride with Klaire 6 weeks postpartum, only Klaire’s 3rd ride back. What a treasure of a mare to just swing the leg over that’s been out of work for over 12 months, only ever raced and be foot perfect. 🙌💕🥰

PS don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t live a horse life with a newborn and you have to give up. Riding up until 27 weeks pregnant, and it’s good to be back so soon. (Rusty but it’s just like riding a bike, right) 😅💪

Cause this is living proof. 🦄💪👊

Horses worked, had some outside time now tucked into bed warm.

The farm has been cold, hitting minus 3 most mornings. ❄️

Princess is at the professional home, having some bootcamp preparing for 2025 newcomers.

Klaire’s TB mare “Lady” has come in for winter training, learning the ropes from “track to hack”.
As well as Klaire’s “Marjorie Jean” (warmblood filly) has also been learning the ropes around here.

The farm ticking over as usual

Gentry Park Fairy’s Wish (Princess) coming along nicely, ready to commence her newcomers 2025. Thank you to a professional show team taking her onboard and campaigning her for us.

Klaire’s newest member a Royal Mirage W filly (Marjorie) having all the looks and movement. She is something special and quite the cheeky character.

Klaire also has another 4yo mare (Lady) hiding in the back paddock, that she’s secretly obsessed with. Hopefully to begin her career 2025 with Klaire.
