Victoria - Grace - 15 year old border collie x -
Grace came to us a very skinny, scared and anxious old lady dog who spent all her time walking in worried circles. She has since come out of her shell and now loves lying in the sun, pottering outside in the garden and taking advantage of any big comfy dog bed she can find.
Grace needs a home which isn't too loud or chaotic as she is still quite timid and shy. She would love to retire with someone who can continue to teach her that humans are kind and give good pats. Grace does have some dementia so you will need to be patient with her, but we have seen real growth in her ability to trust us and she has moved from being an outside only dog (her choice) to now spending most of her time inside.

We believe that Grace will continue to come out of her shell but this might be a slow journey. Grace doesn't want for much, I don't think she has ever really had much so she is looking for a loving home to spend the rest of her days.
