We have been a bit sad on the farm for the last few days. My Nana-In-Law had a stunning young “Stable Hill” Labrador, Nala. She was only 2 years old and full of life, and was a very special heart dog to Julie. It’s with great sadness I share the news of Nala’s extremely sudden, tragic passing. It’s still very raw for the family, but for Julie especially as Nala was her heart dog.

We found a local digital artist who was able to capture Nala’s expression perfectly, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her service. Thanks so much Vanessa at Exekute Studio.

Our very pretty (and goofy) mumma Bonnie came into heat about 3 weeks ago, which was earlier than anticipated. She is working on getting back into shape and growing out her luscious coat after her last pregnancy, and we decided not to breed her back to back. This time is all about rest and recovery for her, and we will give her a go next time. This may mean for anyone waiting for a Bonnie Puppy, she may give birth again slightly later than anticipated, but a good dog is definitely worth waiting for. Bonnie and Yumi 2024 threw some incredible pups and I look forward to a repeat mating in Feb/ March of next year. 🐾✨💕

Ahhh it’s been a busy few days at the farm. One maiden ewe was struggling to bond with her baby in the paddock, so into a small bonding pen they go. 48 hours later and she’s realised she actually likes that pesky jumpy little white thing that doesn’t want to be far from her - success!

Cherry is getting sooooo big now, sometimes I think she’s as big as her mum already! I’m sure her siblings are all getting super big too 😃

Such a big beautiful girl. Cherry has really started to shoot up now, and her legs are looking rather lanky! Her digestion is moving a bit quickly at the moment so she’s getting a special Brekky of turkey mince, probiotics, and steamed pumpkin. Delish!

Puppy Culture has been an incredible program for my puppies. Here Aragorn is showing off how patient he is and 'manding' for my attention. It has been so rewarding to train these pups and enjoy seeing how well rounded and intelligent they are. #bordercollie #puppy #puppylife #puppyculture

Although it may look like an odd assortment of things, each item on the floor represents a small challenge for each puppy to engage with. A folded up playpen under a blanket and some maxtrax provide some safe uneven surfaces for the puppies to walk over. Every puppy had a go, and most of them enjoyed it so much they came back to play more. These little challenges are so important in their mental and physical growth. [email protected]

Only just 2.5 weeks old but these guys are little rockets. Just having a little visit to the playpen for a change of scenery. [email protected]
